Abstract
This study aims to describe (1) the stages of empowering gender-based housewives through batik training by the Batik Marunda Group (2) the results of increasing family economic income of members of Batik Marunda housewives. The approach in this research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview, and documentation. The data sources of this research consisted of 10 people, namely 1 person who managed the programme or the head of the coach and 9 housewives craftsmen in Batik Marunda Marunda Flat Cilincing North Jakarta. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the stages of empowering gender-based housewives through batik training by the Batik Marunda Group consist of the preparation stage, the assessment stage, the planning stage, the action plan formulation stage, the implementation stage, the evaluation stage, and the termination stage (2) the results of increasing the family economic income of batik crafters in the Batik Marunda Group can help housewives in increasing family economic income but have not made significant changes to the needs of Batik Marunda members. Although enough money for basic needs such as clothing, shelter, food, and other household needs can be somewhat enough but not significant. In terms of health and education, Batik Marunda crafters are aware of it, marked by having BPJS and their children attending school to a higher level.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan (1) tahapan pemberdayaan ibu-ibu berbasis gender rumah tangga melalui pelatihan membatik oleh Kelompok Batik Marunda (2) hasil peningkatan pendapatan ekonomi keluarga anggota ibu-ibu rumah tangga Batik Marunda. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik dalam pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sumber data penilitian ini terdiri dari 10 orang, yaitu 1 orang pihak pengelola program atau ketua pembina dan 9 orang ibu-ibu rumah tangga perajin di Batik Marunda Rusun Marunda Cilincing Jakarta Utara. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa:(1) tahapan pemberdayaan ibu-ibu rumah tangga berbasis gender melalui pelatihan membatik oleh Kelompok Batik Marunda terdiri dari tahapan persiapan, tahapan pengkajian, tahapan perencanaan, tahapan formulasi rencana aksi, tahapan pelaksanaan, tahapan evaluasi, dan tahapan terminasi (2) hasil peningkatan pendapatan ekonomi keluarga ibu tangga perajin batik di Kelompok Batik Marunda dapat membantu ibu-ibu rumah tangga dalam menambah pemasukan perekonomian keluarga namun belum memberikan perubahan signifikan pada kebutuhan anggota Batik Marunda. Meskipun cukup uang untuk kebutuhan dasar seperti sandang, papan, pangan, dan kebutuhan rumah tangga lainnya dapat agak mencukupi tapi tidak signifikan. Dalam kesehatan dan pendidikan perajin Batik Marunda sadar akan itu ditandai memiliki BPJS serta anak-anaknya bersekolah ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi. | |||||||||
