Abstract

Bukit Waruwangi Agrotourism is a tour managed by Mr. CEO Yudo Husodo, a former minister of the Soeharto era, located in Bantarwangi Village, Serang Regency, Banten. The purpose of this research is to find out marketing public relations in managing marketing strategies and to find out marketing public relations efforts to handle accident incident cases that have been carried out. So, this research aims to examine a tourism communication and development of argowisata in the concept of MPR, namely Corporate Image, User Image, Product Image. The purpose of this study is to determine the supporting factors and inhibiting factors of Tourism Communication in the development of Bukit Waruwangi Agrotourism, the author uses descriptive qualitative research methods to describe the results of the study using natural setting data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study will show MPR activities in tourism communication and the development of Bukit Waruwangi Agritourism, such as destination-based management, market-oriented marketing, collaboration, tourist experience management, destination image management and evaluation.

Additional Information: Agrowisata Bukit Waruwangi merupakan sebuah wisata yang dikelola oleh Bapak CEO Yudo Husodo Mantan Mentri Era Soeharto berlokasi di Desa Bantarwangi Kabupaten Serang, Banten. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui marketing public relations dalam pengelolaan strategi pemasaran serta untuk mengetahui Upaya marketing public relations menangani kasus insiden kecelakaan yang sudah dilakukan. Maka hal ini, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti sebuah komunikasi pariwisata dan pengembangan argowisata dalam konsep dari MPR yaitu Citra Perusahaan (Corporate Image), Citra Pemakai (User Image), Citra Produk (Product Image). Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat Komunikasi Pariwisata dalam pengembangan Agrowisata Bukit Waruwangi, Penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif untuk menjabarkan hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan Teknik pengumpulan data secara natural setting seperti pada observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil Penelitian ini akan menunjukkan kegiatan MPR pada Komunikasi pariwisata dan pengembangan Argowisata Bukit Waruwangi, seperti Pengelolaan berbasis Destinasi,pemasaran berorientasi pasar,kolaborasi, pengelolaan pengalaman wisatawan, pengelolaan citra destinasi dan evaluasi.
