Abstract
Reclame is an object, tool, action, or media that according to its shape, style, or variety for commercial purposes is used to introduce, advocate, Reclame Licensing is regulated in Regional Regulation Number 3 of 2021 concerning Reclame Organisation. The influence of billboards related to cigarettes so far in the city of Serang assesses the status of a child-friendly city so far. This is due to a number of obstacles, one of which is cigarette advertisements that are currently mushrooming on almost all protocol roads and street corners in the city of Serang, one of which is that the community encourages billboards not to place cigarette advertisements transversely. the spread of billboard points related to cigarette billboard licensing problems. The problem arises two problem identification How is the Role of the Government of the City of Serang in the Implementation of regulating cigarette billboard licensing? What are the obstacles to the Government of the City of Serang in the Implementation of Licensing Arrangements for Cigarette Advertising in the city of Serang? The theories used are two theories of licensing and the theory of law enforcement, the research method used is empirical juridical Research specifications used are qualitative, the results of the current research of the city government of Serang that the issuance of billboards or licensing is usually through the issuance of advertising service companies to provide services for the installation of advertisements one of which is cigarettes because as a licensing recommendation there is no appropriate installation of billboards this is because billboards are still in the educational environment. public space is still not suitable for children The conclusion of the implementation of cigarette billboard licensing in the city of Serang, The conclusion of the implementation regarding the curbing of cigarette billboards has not been in accordance with the point that has been determined even though there are already rules and placement and licensing still do not adjust the point of cigarette billboards in licensed public spaces in terms of cigarette billboard installation Suggestions will provide solutions to the city government of Serangang to follow up on the point of cigarette billboards that are still not appropriate, especially in the Education Area, the city government of Serang must follow up on the request of the children's forum of the city of Serang

Apa yang menjadi kendala Pemerintah Kota Serang dalam Pelaksanaan PengaturanPerizinan Reklame Rokok Di kota serang?Teori yang digunakan ada dua Teori Perizinan Dan Teori Penegakan hukum,Metode penelitian yang digunakan yuridis empiris Spesifikasi Penelitian yang digunakan kualitatif, hasil penelitian pemerintah kota serang saat ini bahwa penerbitan reklame atau perizinan itu biasanya melalui penerbitan Perusahaan jasa iklan untuk menyediakan jasa untuk pemasangan iklan salah satunya rokok karena sebagai rekomendasi perizinan belum ada sesuai pemasangan Reklame hal tersebut karena Reklame yang masih berada di lingkungan Pendidikan,ruang publik masih belum sesuai anak-anak Kesimpulan pelaksanaan mengenai penertiban tersebut terkhusus Reklame Rokok belum sesuai titik yang sudah ditetapkan walaupun sudah ada aturan dan penempatan dan perizinan masih belum menyeusaikan titik reklame rokok di ruang publik berizin dalam hal pemasangan reklame rokok Saran akan memberi solusi kepada pemerintah kota serang agar melakukan tindak lanjut mengenai titik reklame rokok yang masih belum sesuai terkhusus di Kawasan Pendidikan,pemerintah kota serang harus menindak lanjuti atas permintaan forum anak kota serang. | |||||||||
