Abstract

Technological developments continue to develop to make all activities easier, public services can be linked to technology which is becoming more advanced day by day. Where technology can be combined with emerging ideas by updating service systematics using technology or simplifying service systems, procedures and structures. The government at the Cisauk District Office made an innovation by launching a drive thru service program. This research aims to find out how to measure the success of the drive thru service effectiveness at the Cisauk District Office, Tangerang Regency 2022-2023. This researcher uses the theory of measuring effectiveness according to Sutrisno with indicators 1. Program understanding 2. Right on target 3. On time 4. Achievement of goals 5. Real change. This research uses quantitative research methods, the technique used is multistage random sampling technique and the data collection technique uses interview, observation and documentation techniques. The results of this research explain that the effectiveness of the drive thru service at the Cisauk District Office, Tangerang Regency 2022-2023 has been running effectively at a value of 88% more than the expected figure of 60%, using 95 respondents.

Additional Information: Perkembangan teknologi terus berkembang untuk memudahkan segala aktivitas, pada pelayanan publik dapat dikaitkan dengan teknologi yang semakin hari semakin maju. Dimana teknologi dapat dikombinasikan dengan ide-ide yang bermunculan dengan memperbarui sistematika pelayanan dengan menggunakan teknologi atau dapat menyederhanakan sistematika, prosedur, maupun struktur pelayanan. Pemerintah di Kantor Kecamatan Cisauk membuat sebuah inovasi dengan meluncurkan program layanan drive thru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui cara pengukuran keberhasilan Efektivitas layanan drive thru di Kantor Kecamatan Cisauk Kabupaten Tangerang 2022-2023. Peneliti ini menggunakan teori mengukur efektivitas menurut Sutrisno dengan indikator 1. Pemahaman program 2. Tepat sasaran 3. Tepat waktu 4. Tercapainya tujuan 5. Perubahan nyata. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik metode penelitian Kuantitatif, Teknik yang digunakan Teknik multistage random sampling serta Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan Teknik wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan yaitu Efektivitas layanan drive thru di Kantor Kecamatan Cisauk Kabupaten Tangerang 2022-2023 sudah berjalan dengan efektif pada nilai 88% lebih angka yang diharapkan 60%, dengan menggunakan responden sebanyak 95.
