Abstract
This study aims to examine the influence of leadership style, management control system, and internal control on managerial performance. The sample in this study was 64 respondents with purposive sampling technique of sampling, namely managers on Banking in Banten Province at least 1 year. This study uses a type of quantitative research with primary data collection based on the results of questionnaires given to respondents. The analysis method was carried out with a Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) approach based on Partial Leas Square (PLS) using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study showed that leadership style have a significant positive effect on managerial performance, management control system have a significant positive effect on managerial performance, and internal control have a significant positive effect on managerial performance.

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji adanya pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, sistem pengendalian manajemen, dan pengendalian internal terhadap kinerja manajerial. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 64 responden dengan Teknik pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling yaitu manajer yang bekerja pada Perbankan di Provinsi Banten minimal 1 tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data primer berdasarkan hasil kuesioner yang diberikan kepada responden. Metode analisis dilakukan dengan pendekatan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) yang berbasis Partial Leas Square (PLS) dengan menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial, sistem pengendalian manajemen memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja manajerial, dan pengendalian manajemen memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja manajerial. | |||||||||
