Abstract
Many Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia still face obstacles in managing business licences. This is one of the factors that hinder the growth and development of MSMEs in Indonesia. Some of the problems faced by MSME actors in arranging business licenses include. How is the implementation of the authority of the Office of Cooperation of Small and Medium Enterprises, Industry and Trade in Serang City in supervising business actors based on Serang Mayor Regulation Number 126 of 2021 concerning Small and Medium Enterprises, Industry and Trade. How are the obstacles to the implementation of the authority of the Department of Cooperation, Small and Medium Enterprises, Industry and Trade in the City of Serang in Supervising Business Actors Based on the Regulation of the Mayor of Serang Number 126 of 2021 concerning Small and Medium Enterprises, Industry and Trade. The theory used by P. Nicolai Authority and George R Terry Supervision. The research method used is qualitative research method with empirical juridical design. The results of the research on the authority and supervision of the Department of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Industry and Trade (Diskop UKM Perindag) of Serang City have the main authority in regulating and fostering small and medium enterprises (SMEs), industry and trade. This includes providing direction, technical guidance, and training aimed at improving the quality and competitiveness of small and medium enterprises and local industries

Bagaimana kendala pelaksanaan kewenangan Dinas Koprasi Usaha Kecil Menengah Perindustrian Dan Perdagangan Di Kota Serang Dalam Pengawasan Pelaku Usaha Berdasarkan Peraturan Walikota Serang Nomor 126 Tahun 2021 Tentang Usaha Kecil Menengah, Perindustrian Dan Perdagangan. Teori yang digunakan Kewenangan P. Nicolai dan Pengawasan George R Terry. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan desain yuridis empiris. Hasil penelitian kewenangan dan pengawasan Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Kecil Menengah, Perindustrian, dan Perdagangan (Diskop UKM Perindag) Kota Serang memiliki kewenangan utama dalam pengaturan dan pembinaan terhadap pelaku usaha kecil menengah (UKM), industri, dan perdagangan. Hal ini termasuk memberikan arahan, bimbingan teknis, serta pelatihan yang bertujuan meningkatkan kualitas dan daya saing usaha kecil menengah dan industri lokal. | |||||||||
