Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze an empirical model, enhance employee performance with transformational leadership and extrinsic motivation through work discipline at Putra Gading Pratama company. The population in this study is the employees of PT. Putra Gading Pratama, totaling 91 people. The findings of the research explain that transformational leadership has a positive influence on employee performance and work discipline. Extrinsic motivation has a positive influence on employee performance, and work discipline positively influences employee performance. Work discipline can mediate the relationship between transformational leadership and employee performance, and work discipline also mediates the relationship between extrinsic motivation and employee performance at PT. Putra Gading Pratama.

Additional Information: Tujuan dari penelitian yaitu untuk menganalisis model empirik, meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dengan kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi ekstrinsik melalui disiplin kerja pada perusahaan Putra Gading Pratama..Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karywan PT. Putra Gading Pratama yang berjumlah 91 orang. Temuan hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa kepemimpinan transf rmasional berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dan disiplin kerja, motivasi ekstrinsik berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan serta disiplin kerja dapat memediasi hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan dan disiplin kerja juga dapat memediasi hubungan antara motivasi ekstrinsik terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Kantor PT. Putra Gading Pratama.
