Abstract
Contract change orders in construction projects result in modifications to the scope of work, execution time, or costs. This allows loss to occur so that claims are filed. If the claim has been approved but the claim is not served properly, there will be a dispute. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Contract change order on Claim and Dispute of Construction Project , so that Contract change order can be minimized. The study method uses Stuctural Equation Modeling (SEM) and software LISREL ver.8.8 software to process the data. The results of this study indicate that the effect of Contract change order on Claim is 91% and the effect of Contract change order on Dispute is 51%. While the effect Contract change order on Dispute through on Claim are 46%. Keywords : Contract Change Order, Claim , Dispute
