Abstract
Contract change order on a building project is a very common thing. These changes can occur at the beginning, middle, and end of the project. This can have a bad impact on a construction project. CCO can also eliminate labor productivity and also affect performance. Both in terms of quantity, quality, and time. This study develop the variable of contract change order (CCO), productivity and performance. Data collection techniques using questionnaire with sample 201 respondents. The data is processed using SEM method and software LISREL 8.8. The analysis shows that effect of contract change order (CCO) on productivity is 82%. And effect of CCO on performance is 40%. While the effect of CCO on performance trough on productivity is 53%. Keywords : Contract Change Order (CCO), Productivity, Contractor Performance, SEM, LISREL
