Abstract
This research aims to find out: (1) whether there is an influence of interest in learning on the work readiness of trainees at PPKD West Jakarta, (2) whether there is an influence of self-confidence on the work readiness of trainees at PPKD West Jakarta, (3) whether there is an influence between interest learning and self-confidence in the work readiness of training participants at PPKD West Jakarta. The method of this research is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study consisted of 150 respondents obtained from a total research population of 240 trainees who took part in regular training class 1 in 2024 and were studied based on the type of training they attended, specific to 12 vocational training. This research used probability sampling, more precisely proportionate stratified random sampling using a questionnaire as the main instrument. Data processing in this research uses the help of the IMB SPSS-25 software program, with the following research results: (1) interest in learning has a positive and significant effect on the work readiness of training participants at PPKD West Jakarta, (2) self-confidence has a positive and significant effect on the work readiness of training participants at PPKD West Jakarta, (3) interest in learning and self-confidence have a positive and significant effect on the work readiness of training participants at PPKD West Jakarta.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) apakah terdapat pengaruh minat belajar terhadap kesiapan kerja peserta pelatihan di PPKD Jakarta Barat, (2) apakah terdapat pengaruh kepercayaan diri terhadap kesiapan kerja peserta pelatihan di PPKD Jakarta Barat, (3) apakah terdapat pengaruh antara minat belajar dan kepercayaan diri terhadap kesiapan kerja peserta pelatihan di PPKD Jakarta Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 150 responden yang didapat dari total populasi penelitian sebanyak 240 peserta pelatihan yang mengikuti pelatihan reguler angkatan 1 tahun 2024 dan diteliti berdasarkan jenis pelatihan yang diikuti, yaitu 12 kejuruan pelatihan. Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan probability sampling, lebih tepatnya yaitu proportionate stratified random sampling dengan menggunakan angket yang memuat item kuesioner sebagai instrumen utama. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan program Sofware IMB SPSS-25, dengan hasil penelitian sebagai berikut : (1) minat belajar berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja peserta pelatihan di PPKD Jakarta Barat, (2) kepercayaan diri berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja peserta pelatihan di PPKD Jakarta Barat, (3) minat belajar dan kepercayaan diri berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja peserta pelatihan di PPKD Jakarta Barat. | |||||||||
