Abstract
CV.Anugrah Jaya. is a company engaged in iron construction, producing household accessories such as fences, canopies, railings, stairs, and more. The company frequently experiences workplace accidents with varying frequencies and lacks adequate Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) management. This study aims to identify existing hazards and their causes based on unsafe actions and unsafe conditions, and to provide appropriate control recommendations. The approach used in this study is descriptive quantitative with the Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control (HIRARC) method. The results indicate the presence of hazards with varying risk levels, ranging from low, medium, high, to extreme. These hazards are attributed to 30% unsafe actions and 70% unsafe conditions. The conclusion of this study is that to address various hazards with different risk levels, it is necessary to implement control recommendations based on HIRARC risk control. The HIRARC control measures implemented in this study include elimination, design, administrative control, and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). | Additional Information: | CV. Anugrah Jaya adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang konstruksi besi, yang memproduksi aksesoris rumah seperti pagar, kanopi, teralis, tangga, dan lainnya. Perusahaan ini sering mengalami kecelakaan kerja dengan frekuensi yang bervariasi, dan belum memiliki manajemen terkait Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) yang memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya yang ada serta penyebabnya berdasarkan tindakan tidak aman (unsafe action) dan kondisi tidak aman (unsafe condition), serta memberikan usulan pengendalian yang sesuai. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control (HIRARC). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya potensi bahaya dengan risiko yang bervariasi, mulai dari kategori rendah (Low), sedang (Medium), tinggi (High), hingga ekstrim (Extreme). Potensi bahaya ini terbagi menjadi 30% disebabkan oleh tindakan tidak aman (unsafe action) dan 70% oleh kondisi tidak aman (unsafe condition). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa untuk mengatasi berbagai potensi bahaya dengan tingkat risiko yang bervariasi, perlu diterapkan usulan pengendalian berdasarkan HIRARC pengendalian risiko. HIRARC pengendalian yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini meliputi eliminasi, perancangan, pengendalian administratif, dan penggunaan alat pelindung diri (APD).
