Abstract

Oyster mushrooms are a highly sought-after commodity by consumers and the culinary industry. Based on production data from the last 5 years, the oyster mushroom production in Tangerang Regency is relatively low compared to other regions in Banten Province. This research aims to analyze the cost, revenue, income, break-even point, and evaluate the efficiency level in oyster mushroom farming. The study was conducted in the districts of Solear, Cisoka, and Cikupa from March to October 2023. Data collection was carried out through direct interviews with 7 respondents. From this research, it is observed that the total production cost is Rp. 1.678.258 per 1.000 bags of logs, revenue is Rp. 4.655.857 per 1.000 bags of logs, and income is Rp. 2.977.599 per 1.000 bags of logs. The break even point of revenue is Rp. 339.726, with a production volume of 21,81 kg, sales of Rp. 5.613, and a sensitivity analysis on the safe limit for the price drop of oyster mushrooms by 64%. The efficiency (R/C Ratio) is 2,77, categorized as efficient or worth undertaking because the R/C Ratio > 1.

Additional Information: Jamur tiram merupakan komoditas yang sangat diminati oleh konsumen dan industri kuliner. Berdasarkan data produksi dari 5 tahun terakhir, produksi jamur tiram di Kabupaten Tangerang relatif rendah dibandingkan dengan wilayah lain di Provinsi Banten. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis biaya, penerimaan, pendapatan, titik impas, dan mengevaluasi tingkat efisiensi pada usaha tani jamur tiram. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Solear, Cisoka, dan Cikupa dari bulan Maret hingga Oktober 2023. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara langsung dengan 7 responden. Dari penelitian ini, diketahui bahwa total biaya produksi adalah Rp. 1.678.258 per 1.000 baglog, penerimaan sebesar Rp. 4.655.857 per 1.000 baglog, dan pendapatan sebesar Rp. 2.977.599 per 1.000 baglog. Titik impas penerimaan adalah Rp. 339.726, dengan volume produksi sebesar 21,81 kg dan penjualan sebesar Rp. 5.613. Analisis sensitivitas menunjukkan batas aman penurunan harga jamur tiram sebesar 64%. Efisiensi (R/C Ratio) adalah 2,77, dikategorikan efisien atau layak diusahakan karena R/C Ratio > 1.
