Abstract
In the research, there are several research problems: 1) A lot of work is not completed on time, 2) Lack of appreciation for employee achievements, 3) Lack of leadership in giving sanctions, 4) Rest hours that exceed the set hours, 5) Lack of supervision by the leadership regarding work employees 6) Lack of employee understanding of the applicable work system and culture 7) Lack of awareness of employees implementing applicable norms and regulations. The work culture at the Pandeglang Regency Ministry of Religion Office is not yet optimal. This research aims to analyze the influence of Work Culture, Work Discipline on the performance of employees at the Office of the Ministry of Religion, Pandeglang Regency, partially and simultaneously. The theories used for analysis are Work Culture (Sulaeman, 2014), Work Discipline (Fathoni, 2018), and Employee Performance (Sutrisno, 2019). The type of research used is quantitative research. The population in this study were employees of the Pandeglang Regency Ministry of Religion Office. The number of samples used in this research was 88 employees. The data collection techniques used are documentation and distributing questionnaires containing questions about work culture, work discipline and employee performance. The analytical tool used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of this research show that partially there is a positive and significant influence of the work culture variable on employee performance, there is a positive and significant influence of the work discipline variable on employee performance. Meanwhile, work culture and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at the Pandeglang Regency Ministry of Religion Office. The suggestion from the results of this research is to provide work behavior guidelines for employees and to be better at enforcing discipline among all employees, both superiors and subordinates, fairly

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Budaya Kerja, Disiplin Kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Pandeglang secara parsial dan simultan. Teori yang digunakan untuk pisau analisis yaitu Budaya Kerja (Sulaeman, 2014), Disiplin Kerja (Fathoni, 2018), dan Kinerja Pegawai (Sutrisno, 2019). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Pandeglang. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 88 pegawai. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi dan menyebarkan kuesioner yang berisi pertanyaan tentang budaya kerja, disiplin kerja, dan kinerja pegawai. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari variabel budaya kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari variabel disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sedangkan secara simultan budaya kerja, disiplin kerja secara Bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifkan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Pandeglang. Saran dari hasil penelitian ini adalah menyajikan pedoman perilaku kerja bagi pegawai dan harus lebih baik lagi dalam menegakkan kedisiplinan kepada seluruh pegawainya, baik atasan maupun bawahan secara adil. | |||||||||
