Abstract
The typical batik of Serang Regency consists of various decorations that depict the local wisdom of the region in Serang Regency. Descriptive qualitative methods were used in this research with a focus on ethnolinguistic studies. The objectives of this research include 1) Analyzing the forms of the lexicon of typical Serang Regency batik motifs, 2) analyzing the meaning of the lexicon for naming typical Serang Regency batik motifs, 3) analyzing the cultural meaning contained in the lexicon of naming typical Serang Regency batik. The data collection method used is the listening and speaking method. Data collection techniques use listening, engaging, listening, recording, note-taking, fishing, and face-to-face techniques. Meanwhile, the data analysis techniques used are the matching, agih and interview methods. The results of data analysis are presented using formal and informal methods. The research results show that a) the lexicon for batik motifs consists of 5 words and 10 phrases, the lexicon for names of batik making tools consists of 19 words and 9 phrases, the lexicon for batik making materials consists of 3 phrases and the lexicon for batik making processes has 14 words. b) the naming of the lexicon for the typical batik motifs of Serang Regency is based on an ethnolinguistic review, namely regional historical values, local food plants, flora and fauna, martial arts and traditional weapons, tourist destinations, nature reserves. c) the cultural meaning of the typical batik motifs of Serang Regency, namely values related to nature and values related to time.

| Additional Information: | Batik khas Kabupaten Serang terdiri dari berbagai ragam hias yang menggambarkan kearifan lokal wilayah di Kabupaten Serang. Metode kualitatif deskriptif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan berfokus pada kajian etnolinguistik. Tujuan penelitian ini meliputi 1) Menganalisis bentuk-bentuk leksikon motif batik khas Kabupaten Serang, 2) menganalisis makna leksikon penamaan motif batik khas Kabupaten Serang, 3) menganalisis makna kultural yang terkandung dalam leksikon penamaan batik khas Kabupaten Serang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu metode simak dan cakap. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan teknik simak libat cakap, rekam, catat, pancing, dan cakap semuka. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu metode padan, agih, dan wawancara. Hasil analisis data disajikan dengan metode formal dan informal. Hasil penelitian terdapat a) leksikon motif batik berjumlah 5 kata dan 10 frasa, leksikon nama alat pembuatan batik terdiri dari 19 kata dan 9 frasa, leksikon bahan pembuatan batik terdapat 3 frasa dan leksikon proses pembuatan pembuatan batik sebanyak 14 kata. b) penamaan leksikon pada motif batik khas Kabupaten Serang didasarkan tinjauan etnolinguistik yaitu nilai sejarah daerah, tanaman pangan lokal, flora dan fauna, seni bela diri dan senjata tradisional, destinasi wisata, cagar alam. c) makna kultural pada motif batik khas Kabupaten Serang yaitu nilai yang berhubungan dengan alam dan nilai yang berhubungan dengan waktu. | |||||||||
