Abstract
UMKM H. Asep Bibit is a company engaged in the horticultural plant seed business using superior seeds as the main raw material in the sowing process. The aim of this research is to identify the business model currently being implemented by MSME H. Asep Bibit. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The aim of the research is to analyze the current horticultural plant seed business strategy model at UMKM H. Asep Bibit and design an alternative horticultural plant seed business model at UMKM H. Asep Bibit using the Business Model Canvas approach. The research results show that the current description of the H.Asep Bibit MSME business model is quite good considering the business model implemented. The Business Model Canvas makes a significant contribution in understanding related business aspects and describing solutions to existing problems. The business model implemented by MSME H.Asep Bibit is a B2C (Business to Customer) model which targets customer segments such as plantation farmers and home gardeners.
