Abstract
This research is motivated by learning that is centered on the teacher, in which the teacher dominates the learning activity, the teacher dominated learning with lectures, and teachers lacking in class condition. To overcome the background then, researchers conducted the study in an effort to remind the student learning outcomes. Objectives to be accomplished researcher in this study was to determine the learning activities of students in the subjects of Social Sciences through Time Token Arrends learning model and to determine how the learning outcomes. This classroom action research spiral model Kemmis and Taggart. Subjects in this study are students of class 6th SDN Karawaci Tangerang 3 2014/2015 school year, amounting to 30 students. In addition, researchers using classroom action research conducted in two cycles for 4 meetings. Each cycle is carried out through four stages, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. Results showed an increase in student learning activities that lead to an increase in student learning outcomes. Based on the research that has been carried out, showing that the student learning outcomes prasiklus seen from the results of the Final Examination Semester average value reached 63,46 comprised of students do not pass the study reached 77% and the students completed reached 23% of the total of 30 students. In the first cycle achievement test reached an average of 61,3% with the student does not reach 57% complete and thorough student reaches 43%. Then there was an increase in the second cycle looks learning outcomes on average reached 80,67 completeness criteria reaches 90% in accordance with the indicators of success that has been achieved. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the application of learning models Time Token Arrends can improve student learning outcomes of 6th grade 3 SDN Karawaci Tangerang

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pembelajaran yang masih berpusat pada guru, dimana guru mendominasi aktivitas pembelajaran, guru mendominasi pembelajaran dengan ceramah, dan guru kurang dalam mengkondisikan kelas. Untuk mengatasi latarbelakang tersebut maka, peneliti melakukan penelitian dalam upaya mengingkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Tujuan yang ingin peneliti capai dalam penelitian ini adalah mengetahui aktivitas belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial melalui model pembelajaran Time Token Arrends dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana hasil belajarnya. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini menggunakan model spiral Kemmis dan Taggart. Subjek pada penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas VI SDN Karawaci 3 Kota Tangerang tahun ajaran 2014/2015 yang berjumlah 30 siswa. Terdiri dari 13 siswa laki-laki dan 17 siswa perempuan. Selain itu, peneliti mengunakan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus selama 4 kali pertemuan. Setiap siklus dilaksanakan melalui 4 tahap, yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan adanya peningkatan aktivitas belajar siswa yang menyebabkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan, menunjukan bahwa pada prasiklus hasil belajar siswa dilihat dari hasil Ujian Akhir Semester nilai rata-rata mencapai 63,46 terdiri dari siswa tidak tuntas belajar mencapai 77% dan siswa tuntas mencapai 23% dari jumlah 30 siswa. Pada siklus I tes hasil belajar mencapai rata-rata 61,3% dengan siswa tidak tuntas mencapai 57% dan siswa tuntas mencapai 43%. Kemudian terjadi peningkatan pada siklus II terlihat hasil belajar rata-rata mencapai 80,67 kriteria ketuntasan mencapai 90% yang sesuai dengan indikator keberhasilan yang telah dicapai. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Time Token Arrends dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas VI SDN Karawaci 3 Kota Tangerang | |||||||||
