Abstract
Availability of red cungap coconut seedlings require the presence of red-rooted and certified red cungap coconut seeds. Red cungap coconut seedss farmers strive to provide superior local varieties by cultivating seeds from high-quality red cungap coconut trees. The purpose of this study is to analyze the feasibility of the red cungap coconut seeds cultivation business from non-financial feasibility aspects, including market aspects, legal aspects, and technical aspects, as well as the business from financial feasibility aspects based on investment criteria such as NPV, Net B/C Ratio, PBP, IRR, and business sensitivity. Qualitative data analysis is used to analyze non-financial feasibility aspects, while quantitative data analysis is used to analyze financial feasibility aspects. With a land area scale of 1,000 m² the results of the non-financial feasibility analysis, including market aspects, legal aspects, and technical aspects, the CM coconut seeds cultivation business in Ciomas District, Serang Regency, is feasible to implement and continue. Based on the results of the financial feasibility analysis, The NPV is IDR 213.148.296, the Net B/C is 3,6, the IRR is 62%, and the Payback Period of 1,6. Based on the sensitivity analysis results, a 10% increase in raw material costs including seeds, fertilizer, and pesticide costs results in an NPV of IDR 196.772.500, a Net B/C of 2,8, an IRR of 59%, and a Payback Period of 1,7, while a 5% decrease in production results yields an NPV of IDR 189.469.185, a Net B/C of 2,7, an IRR of 59%, and a Payback Period of 1,8.
