Abstract
This research aims to see how the form of political education implemented in PDI-P and the obstacles during the implementation of political education in PDI-P. This research uses qualitative methods. The results of this study are the forms of political education in PDI-P are formal and informal. Formal political education is targeted at internal party structures, then informal political education is carried out with the target of party structures and the general public. The obstacles to political education are that party ideology is still not fully understood by party members and also still lack of responsibility related to their roles and functions as party structures which they should give positive colors with activities that are useful for their communities. This research has a suggestion that PDI-P needs to create an activity that is able to foster the responsibility of party members regarding their roles and functions as party structures outside of education so that they are able to provide positive behavior with useful activities.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana bentuk pendidikan politik yang dilaksanakan pada PDI-P serta kendala saat pelaksanaan pendidikan politik di PDI-P. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu bentuk-bentuk pendidikan politik pada PDI-P bersifat formal dan informal. Pendidikan politik formal yaitu dengan sasaran untuk internal stuktural partai, lalu pendidikan politik yang bersifat informal dilakukan dengan sasaran struktural partai dengan masyarakat umum. Kendala yang dilakukan pendidikan politik yaitu ideologi partai masih belum sepenuhnya dimengerti dengan anggota partai dan juga masih kurang tanggung jawabnya terkait peran dan fungsinya sebagai stuktural partai yang seharusnya mereka memberi warna positif dengan kegiatan yang berguna untuk masyarakatnya. Penelitian ini mempunyai saran bahwa PDI-P perlu menciptakan sebuah kegiatan yang mampu menumbuhkan tanggung jawabnya anggota partai terkait peran dan fungsinya sebagai struktural partai diluar pendidikan supaya mampu memberi perilaku yang positif dengan kegiatan yang berguna. | ||||||
