Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), Provincial Minimum Wage (UMP), Foreign Investment (PMA), Domestic Investment (PMDN) and Population Number on Labor Absorption on the Island of Java from 2015 to 2021. The analysis method in this research uses the panel data method with the analysis model obtained is FEM (Fixed Effect Model). The results of the research show that the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) and Foreign Investment (PMA) variables have a positive and significant effect on Labor Absorption, while the Provincial Minimum Wage (UMP) and Population Number have a negative and significant effect, while the Domestic Invesment (PMDN) has no effect and is not significant on Labor Absorption. Based on the results of the simultaneous test (F-Test), it shows that Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), Provincial Minimum Wage (UMP), Foreign Investment (PMA), Domestic Investment (PMDN) and Population simultaneously influence Labor Absorption. on the island of Java.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Produk Dometik Regional Bruti (PDRB), Upah Minimum Provinsi (UMP), Penanaman Modal Asing (PMA), Penanaman Modal Daalam Negeri (PMDN) dan Jumlah Penduduk terhadap Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja di Pulau Jawa dari tahun 2015 sampai dengan 2021. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode data panel dengan model analisis yang didapat adalah FEM (Fixed Effect Model). Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa variabel Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) dan Penanaman Modal Asing (PMA) berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja, sedangkan variabel Upah Minimum Provinsi (UMP) dan Jumlah Penduduk berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan, sementara variabel Penanaman Modal Dalam Negeri (PMDN) tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja. Berdasarkan hasil uji secara simultan (Uji-F) menunjukkan bahwa Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) Upah Minimum Provinsi (UMP), Penanaman Modal Asing (PMA), Penanaman Modal Dalam Negeri (PMDN) dan Jumlah Penduduk secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja di Pulau Jawa.
