Abstract
The purpose of this study was to measure the success of women leadership training program in PPSW Pasoendan conquer Lebak using Kirkpatrick evaluation Model with qualitative descriptive method. The research objectives involve the person in charge of the program, the training mentor, and the training participants. Data collection technique is done through observation, interview, and documentation. From the findings of the study, it can be concluded that (1) the results of evaluation level reaction: from the results of the evaluation of the reaction found that most participants gave a positive response, however, there are still obstacles in the indicators of training strategies and methods due to the generation gap between mentors and participants which causes difficulty in understanding the material due to differences in language and Culture (2) the results of evaluation level Learning: Learning Evaluation showed a positive increase, where all participants managed to increase knowledge, change attitudes, skills after training (3) level evaluation results behavior: learning evaluation shows positive results, but there are obstacles in inviting children and communities to participate in implementing the knowledge gained from training to create changes in the surrounding environment (4) level evaluation results results: evaluation shows that the training program has achieved positive results, however, there were obstacles such as the lack of meeting frequency to improve participants skills after training and also in building communication to overcome problems through WhatsApp, obstacles were found namely the difficulty of the network and some participants still did not have a Smartphone. In conclusion, although the women's leadership training program in PPSW Pasoendan Digdaya Lebak regency as a whole is successful, there are several aspects that need to be improved. The recommendation for further research is the need to conduct a more detailed evaluation and the need to use better evaluation tools to obtain more comprehensive data.

| Additional Information: | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur keberhasilan program pelatihan kepemimpinan wanita di PPSW Pasoendan Digdaya Kabupaten Lebak menggunakan Model Evaluasi Kirkpatrick dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Sasaran penelitian melibatkan penanggungjawab atas program, mentor pelatihan, dan peserta pelatihan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Dari temuan penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) hasil evaluasi level reaksi: Dari hasil evaluasi reaksi ditemukan bahwa kebanyakan peserta memberi tanggapan yang positif, meski demikian masih terdapat hambatan dalam indikator strategi dan metode pelatihan karena adanya kesenjangan generasi antara mentor dan peserta yang menyebabkan kesulitan dalam memahami materi akibat perbedaan bahasa dan budaya (2) Hasil evaluasi level pembelajaran: evaluasi pembelajaran menunjukkan peningkatan yang positif, di mana semua peserta berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan, mengubah sikap, dan meningkatkan keterampilan setelah mengikuti pelatihan (3) Hasil evaluasi level Perilaku: evaluasi pembelajaran menunjukkan hasil yang positif, tetapi terdapat kendala dalam mengajak anak-anak dan masyarakat untuk berpartisipasi dalam mengimplementasikan pengetahuan yang didapat dari pelatihan guna menciptakan perubahan di lingkungan sekitar (4) Hasil evaluasi level Hasil: evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa program pelatihan telah mencapai hasil yang positif, tetapi terdapat hambatan seperti frekuensi pertemuan yang kurang untuk meningkatkan keterampilan peserta setelah pelatihan dan juga dalam membangun komunikasi untuk mengatasi masalah melalui WhatsApp, ditemukan kendala yakni sulitnya jaringan dan sebagian peserta masih belum memiliki Smartphone. Kesimpulannya, meskipun program pelatihan kepemimpinan perempuan di PPSW Pasoendan Digdaya Kabupaten Lebak secara keseluruhan berhasil, namun ada beberapa aspek yang perlu ditingkatkan. Rekomendasi bagi penelitian selanjutnya adalah perlu melakukan evaluasi yang lebih merinci dan perlunya penggunaan alat evaluasi yang lebih baik untuk memperoleh data yang lebih komprehensif. | |||||||||
