Abstract
and the teacher not used an appropriate methods in learning drama script writing. The aim of this research was to determine the results of the application of the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) method on the ability to write script drama students of class XI SMKN 2 Kota Serang. The research used experimental method with Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Based on the result of the hypothesis, the used of Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) in learning process had the influence on the students ability to write script drama of class XI SMKN 2 Kota Serang in 2016-2017 Academic Year. Then the researcher conducted Posttest on the experimental and control class. The result of Posttest in experimental and control class there was the difference, because count was acceptance area ho this is -2,002 <4,79> 2,002. Ho was accepted, so it can be concluded that there was the difference between the result of learning drama script writing using Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) method and the result of learning drama script writing using Formal Cooperative Learning Group method

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya minat belajar siswa terhadap kemampuan menulis naskah drama dan kurang penggunaan metode pembelajaran oleh guru dalam pembelajaran menulis naskah drama. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu, untuk mengetahui hasil penerapan metode Student Teams Achievement Divisionj (STAD) terhadap kemampuan menulis naskah drama siswa kelas XI SMKN 2 Kota Serang. Metode penelitian yang dugunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan desain penelitian Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis yang telah dilakukan, penggunaan metode pembelajaran Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) berpengaruh terhadap hasil kemampuan menulis naskah drama siswa kelas XI SMKN 2 Kota Serang Tahun Pelajaran 2016-2017. Kemudian dilakukan uji data Posttest pada kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Hasil uji data Posttest kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol terdapat perbedaan, karena nilai hitung t berada di daerah penerimaan Ho yaitu -2,002 < 4,79> 2,002 maka Ho diterima, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan antara hasil pembelajaran menulis naskah drama menggunakan metode Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) dan hasil pembelajaran menulis naskah drama menggunakan metode Formal Cooperative Learning Group. | |||||||||
