Abstract
This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the personality competencies of guidance and counseling teachers, especially fresh graduate teachers. This research uses quantitative descriptive research methods and sample collection uses saturated sampling techniques. There were 32 BK teachers, fresh graduates from Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University, who were used as research samples. Data was collected using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results of the research show that the personality competency of Untirta fresh graduate guidance and counseling teachers is in the high category, namely 87.5%, as many as 87.5% of fresh graduate bk teachers believe in the existence of God Almighty and are consistent in obeying all the commands of their God and staying away from his prohibitions. Guidance teachers in the high category are also able to act democratically, always consider and listen to opinions or input from other parties, tolerate the problems faced by students, have a positive outlook and help develop the potential of each student, Counseling teachers are able to be sensitive and empathetic to the problems of their counselees and have emotional stability. . Meanwhile, in the medium category, 12.5% of fresh graduate BK teachers are quite able to communicate effectively and show a pleasant attitude, fresh graduate BK teachers in the medium category are also quite capable of coming up with creative and innovative ideas to support their performance. In the "Low" category there are no guidance and counseling teachers who have a percentage of personality competency at the low category level. So it can be concluded, the Personality Competencies of Untirta's fresh graduate BK Teachers are very in line with the Academic Qualification Standards and Counselor Competencies.

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui kompetensi kepribadian guru bimbingan dan konseling khususnya guru fresh graduate. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dan pengumpulan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Diperoleh 32 Guru Bk fresh graduate Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa yang dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan instrument yang berupa angket dengan skala likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi kepribadian guru bimbingan dan konseling fresh graduate Untirta berada pada kategori tinggi yaitu sebesar 87,5%, sebanyak 87,5% Guru bk fresh graduate mempercayai keberadaan Tuhan Yang Maha Esa dan konsisten dalam menaati segala perintah Tuhannya serta menjauhi larangannya. Guru Bk pada kategori tinggi juga mampu bersikap demokratis selalu mempertimbangkan dan mendengarkan pendapat atau masukan dari pihak lain, toleransi pada masalah yang dihadapi siswa, berpandangan positif dan membantu mengembangkan potensi pada setiap siswanya, Guru Bk mampu peka dan berempati terhadap permasalahan konseli serta memiliki kestabilan emosi. Sedangkan pada kategori sedang sebesar 12,5% Guru Bk fresh graduate cukup mampu berkomunikasi secara efektif serta menunjukkan sikap yang menyenangkan, Guru Bk fresh graduate pada kategori sedang juga cukup mampu memunculkan ide kreatif dan inovatif dalam menunjang kinerjanya. Pada kategori “Rendah” tidak terdapat guru BK yang memiliki persentase kompetensi kepribadian pada tingkatan kategori rendah. Maka dapat disimpulkan, Kompetensi Kepribadian Guru Bk fresh graduate Untirta sangat sesuai dengan Standar Kualifikasi Akademik dan Kompetensi Konselor. | |||||||||
