Abstract
Haemorrhoids are dilated veins of the haemorrhoidal plexus located in the area around the anus. Surgical management of hemorrhoids is by hemorrhoidectomy. After hemorrhoidectomy, the area is left open for healing by granulation and closed with sutures. This suture method increases the risk of infection. The risk of infection is increased by pathogenic organisms. The purpose of this paper is to determine the description of nursing care for infection risk in postoperative hemorrhoidal patients with infection risk prevention measures: warm sitz bath at Banten Hospital. This method uses a case study approach of 2 postoperative hemorrhoidal patients with infection risk. Intervention with warm sitz bath action with pk drugs that can prevent infection. This implementation was carried out for 3 days, after a warm sitz bath was performed in patients 1 and 2 the risk of infection was resolved. It is hoped that patients will be able to understand and be able to perform warm sitz bath actions with pk drugs in preventing infection for post-hemorrhoidal surgery patients.

| Additional Information: | Hemoroid adalah pelebaran pembuluh darah vena dari pleksus hemoroidalis yang letaknya di daerah sekitar anus. Penatalaksanaan bedah hemoroid adalah dengan hemoroidektomi. Setelah dilakukan hemoroidektomi, area ini dibiarkan terbuka untuk penyembuhan dengan granulasi dan ditutup dengan jahitan. Pada metode jahitan ini meningkatkan risiko infeksi. Risiko Infeksi adalah mengalami peningkatan terserang organisme patogenik. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran asuhan keperawatan risiko infeksi pada pasien post operasi hemoroid dengan tindakan pencegahan risiko infeksi: warm sitz bath di RSUD Banten. Metode ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus 2 pasien post operasi hemoroid dengan risiko infeksi. Intervensi dengan tindakan warm sitz bath dengan obat pk yang dapat mencegah terjadinya infeksi. Implementasi ini dilakukan selama 3 hari, setelah dilakukan warm sitz bathpada pasien 1 dan 2 risiko infeksi telah teratasi. Diharapkan pasien mampu memahami dan dapat melakukan tindakan warm sitz bath dengan obat pk dalam mencegah terjadinya infeksi bagi pasien post operasi hemoroid. | |||||||||
