Abstract

This study aims to determine how much the effect of training, work environment, and preventive discipline toward employee performance on the PT. Charoen Pokphand Jaya Farm Unit Wirana (Pamarayan, Serang – Banten). The research method used is a quantitative method with the population of employees at Charoen Pokphand Jaya Farm Unit Wirana (Pamarayan, Serang – Banten) 60 people, with an sample is 60 employees. The sampling method is saturated sample. Data collection methods is used are observation, interview, and questionnares. The data obtained in this study is respondents, resource persons, and literature. In this research, the analysis tool used is Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM PLS). The results of this study indicate that: (1) Large of tcalculate > ttable (2,067 > 1,96) with significance value 0,020 < 0,05. This proves that training the has a positive and significant effect of employees performance at PT. Charoen Pokphand Jaya Farm Unit Wirana (Pamarayan, Serang – Banten), (2) Large of tcalculate < ttable (1,128 < 1,96) with significance value 0,130 > 0,05. This proves that the lower of work environment does not have positive and significant of employees performance at PT. Charoen Pokphand Jaya Farm Unit Wirana (Pamarayan, Serang – Banten), (3) Large of tcalculate > ttable (3,200 > 1,96), with significance value 0,001 < 0,05. This proves that of discipline preventife has a positive and significant of employees performance at PT. Charoen Pokphand Jaya Farm Unit Wirana (Kabupaten Serang – Banten).

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pelatihan, lingkungan kerja dan disiplin preventif terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Charoen Pokphand Jaya Farm Unit Wirana (Pamarayan, Serang – Banten). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan populasi yang digunakan yaitu seluruh karyawan pada PT. Charoen Pokphand Jaya Farm Unit Wirana (Pamarayan, Serang – Banten) yang berjumlah 60 orang, dengan jumlah sampelnya yaitu 60 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah, observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Data yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini yaitu melalui responden, narasumber, dan studi literature. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah PLS (Smart Partials Least Square). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Besar thitung > ttabel atau (2,067 > 1,96) dengan nilai signifikansinya 0,020 < 0,05. Hal tersebut membuktikan Pelatihan Berpengaruh Positif Dan Signifikan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Charoen Pokphand Jaya Farm Unit Wirana (Pamarayan, Serang – Banten), (2) Besar thitung < ttabel atau (1,128 < 1,96), dengan nilai signifikansinya 0,130 > 0,05. Hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa Lingkungan Kerja Tidak Berpengaruh Positif Dan Signifikan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Charoen Pokphand Jaya Farm Unit Wirana (Pamarayan, Serang – Banten), (3) Besar thitung > ttabel atau (3,200 > 1,96), dengan nilai signifikansinya 0,001 < 0,05. Hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa Disiplin Preventif Berpengaruh Positif Dan Signifikan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Charoen Pokphand Jaya Farm Unit Wirana (Pamarayan, Serang – Banten).
