Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of Regional Original Revenue (Local Taxes and Regional Levies) and Fiscal Transfers (General Allocation Fund, Special Allocation Fund, and Revenue Sharing Fund) on Regional Expenditure in the Regencies/Cities of Banten Province from 2011 to 2020. The data used in this research are secondary data sourced from the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance of the Ministry of Finance and the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). The analytical tool used employs a panel data method with the Fixed Effect Model (FEM). Based on the F-statistic test (simultaneous test), it was found that Regional Original Revenue (Local Taxes and Regional Levies) and Fiscal Transfers (General Allocation Fund, Special Allocation Fund, and Revenue Sharing Fund) significantly influence Regional Expenditure. Based on the T-Statistic test (partial test), it was found that Local Taxes, General Allocation Fund, and Special Allocation Fund positively and significantly influence Regional Expenditure. Regional Levies have a negative and significant influence, while the Revenue Sharing Fund has a negative and insignificant influence.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh dari Pendapatan Asli Daerah (Pajak Daerah dan Retribusi Daerah) dan Dana Perimbangan (Dana Alokasi Umum, Dana Alokasi Khusus dan Dana Bagi Hasil) terhadap Belanja Daerah di Kabupaten/ Kota Provinsi Banten dari tahun 2011 sampai dengan tahun 2020. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang berasal dari Direktorat Jenderal Perimbangan Keuangan Kemenkeu dan Badan Pusat Statistika (BPS). Alat analisis yang digunakan dengan menggunakan metode data panel dengan model FEM (Fixed Effect Model). Berdasarkan pengujian F-statistik (uji simultan) diperoleh hasil bahwa Pendapatan Asli Daerah (Pajak Daerah dan Retribusi Daerah) dan Dana Perimbangan (Dana Alokasi Umum, Dana Alokasi Khusus dan Dana Bagi Hasil) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Belanja Daerah. Berdasarkan pengujian T-Statistik (uji parsial) diperoleh hasil bahwa Pajak Daerah, Dana Alokasi Umum dan Dana Alokasi Khusus berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Belanja Daerah. Retribusi Daerah berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan ,sedangkan Dana Bagi Hasil berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan. | |||||||||
