Abstract
Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) is a condition when the heart is no longer able to pump blood adequately to meet the body's circulation needs for the purposes of metabolizing body tissues. The cause is a state of increased initial load or final load that decreases myocardial contractility. The purpose of this study was to determine the picture in patients with Nursing Care with Ineffective Breathing Patterns in Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) with Deep Breathing Exercise at the Banten Provincial General Hospital. Nursing care in Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) includes assessment, nursing diagnosis, nursing intervention, nursing implementation, and nursing evaluation. The diagnosis raised in this study is ineffective breathing patterns. The method used in this study is to use a case study of 2 patients to compare the effectiveness of the actions to be taken. The instrument used in this case study is the format of surgical medical nursing care which includes assessment sheets, diagnosis sheets, intervention sheets, implementation sheets, evaluation sheets and SOPs. The research design used case study, the research subject in this case study is a comparison of 2 patients with Congestive Heart Failure (CHF).

| Additional Information: | Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) merupakan keadaan ketika jantung tidak mampu lagi memompakan darah secukupnya dalam memenuhi kebutuhan sirkulasi tubuh untuk keperluan metabolisme jaringan tubuh. Penyebabnya adalah keadaan meningkatnya beban awal atau beban akhir yang menurunkan kontraktilitas miokardium. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran pada pasien dengan Asuhan Keperawatan dengan Pola Napas Tidak Efektif pada Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) dengan Tindakan Deep Breathing Exercise di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Provinsi Banten. Asuhan keperawatan pada Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) meliputi pengkajian, diagnosa keperawatan, intervensi keperawatan, implementasi keperawatan, dan evaluasi keperawatan. Diagnosa yang diangkat pada penelitian ini adalah pola nafas tidak efektif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan studi kasus terhadap 2 pasien untuk membandingkan keefektifan tindakan yang akan dilakukan. Instrumen yang digunakan pada studi kasus ini adalah format asuhan keperawatan medikal bedah yang meliputi lembar pengkajian, lembar diagnosa, lembar intervensi, lembar implementasi, lembar evaluasi dan SOP. Desain penelitian yang digunakan studi kasus, subjek penelitian dalam studi kasus ini yaitu perbandingan 2 orang pasien dengan Congestive Heart Failure (CHF). | |||||||||
