Abstract

By In general, this case study aims to describe nursing care Intrapartum for indications of Premature Rupture of Membranes with anxiety education measures. Premature rupture of membranes (PROM) or also called premature rupture of membranes (PROM) is rupture of membranes before delivery. Your water breaks before giving birth, or opening. amniotic fluid less than 3 cm in primiparous women and less than 5 cm in multiparous women. This can occur during full term pregnancy or early pregnancy. This research design uses a case study with used two subjects in researching the picture of care problems Intrapartum nursing for indications of rupture of membranes with educational measures anxiety in the delivery room of the Banten Provincial Hospital. Instruments used in this research are nursing assessment sheets, nursing diagnoses, planning, nursing actions, anxiety education, evaluation, and leaflets

Secara umum studi kasus ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan asuhan keperawatan Intrapartum atas indikasi Ketuban Pecah Dini dengan tindakan edukasi ansietas. Ketuban pecah dini (KPD) atau disebut juga ketuban pecah dini (PROM) adalah pecah ketuban sebelum persalinan. Ketuban pecah sebelum melahirkan, atau pembukaan. ketuban kurang dari 3 cm pada wanita primipara dan kurang dari 5 cm pada wanita multipara. Hal ini dapat terjadi pada masa kehamilan cukup bulan atau awal kehamilan. Desain Penelitian ini menggunakan studi kasus dengan menggunakan dua subjek dalam meneliti tentang gambaran masalah asuhan keperawatan Intrapartum atas indikasi ketuban pecah dengan tindakan edukasi ansietas di ruang bersalin RSUD Provinsi Banten. Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu lembar pengkajian keperawatan, diagnosa keperawatan, perencanaan,, tindakan keperawatan,edukasi asnietas, evaluasi, dan leaflet
