Abstract
This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of LAZ Harfa's productive zakat utilization in empowering women-based micro business groups in Serang City. The object of this research is the members of the Urban KKM assisted by LAZ Harfa. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with the Miles and Huberman model data analysis method. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the utilization of LAZ Harfa's productive zakat in Serang City is carried out through the Urban Microfinance Group program which is given to housewives or widows who have businesses such as small traders, stalls, and food vendors who sell their merchandise at home and are included in the eight asnaf. In this KKM program, capital assistance is channeled to mustahik in the form of capital loans with several stages of loans using the qardul hasan contract 2) analysis of the effectiveness of the Urban KKM program based on all indicators obtained a percentage value of 90% which is included in the very effective category. As well as the effectiveness of LAZ Harfa's KKM empowerment based on all indicators obtained a percentage value of 89.7% which is included in the very effective category. The Urban KKM program is able to improve the mustahik economy, its achievement can be seen from mustahik being able to develop its business, increase its income and free mustahik from usury debt.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas pendayagunaan zakat produktif LAZ Harfa dalam pemberdayaan kelompok usaha mikro berbasis perempuan di Kota Serang. Objek penelitian ini adalah anggota KKM Perkotaan binaan LAZ Harfa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode analisis data model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: 1) pendayagunaan zakat produktif LAZ Harfa di Kota Serang dilakukan melalui program Kelompok Keuangan Mikro Perkotaan yang diberikan kepada para ibu rumah tangga atau janda yang memiliki usaha seperti pedagang kecil, warung, dan penjual makanan yang menjual barang dagangannya dirumah dan termasuk kedalam delapan asnaf. Pada program KKM ini bantuan modal yang disalurkan kepada mustahik dalam bentuk pinjaman modal dengan beberapa tahap pinjaman menggunakan akad qardul hasan 2) analisis efektivitas program KKM Perkotaan berdasarkan seluruh indikator diperoleh nilai persentase sebesar 90% yang termasuk kedalam kategori sangat efektif. Serta efektivitas pemberdayaan KKM binaan LAZ Harfa berdasarkan seluruh indikator diperoleh nilai persentase sebesar 89,7% yang termasuk kedalam kategori sangat efektif. Program KKM Perkotaan mampu meningkatkan perekonomian mustahik, ketercapaiannya dapat dilihat dari mustahik dapat mengembangkan usahanya, meningkatkan pendapatannya dan membebaskan mustahik dari hutang yang bersifat riba. | |||||||||
