Abstract
Practicum guidelines is one of the teaching materials that contains guidance, with this practical method students learn independently by performing procedures of work, observation, analysis, ensuring and concluding the chemistry studied. Based on the needs analysis, it is known that the initial knowledge of students at one of the high schools in the district of Serang about global warming, greenhouse effects and green chemistry is still very limited. Practical activities related to the sub-topic of global warning with the application of green chemists have never been carried out, almost 84% of the students have never conducted the practical activities of Global warming with the use of green chemistry. The research is aimed at producing a problem-based learning-based global warming practical guide by applying valid green chemistry. This developmental research uses the Research and Development (R&D) approach consisting of Define, Design, and Develop (3D models). The research begins with a need analysis (Define), then media design, defining the format and content of the product, and the product storyboard (Design), and the phase of product validation through advice or criticism from the validator. (Develop). The subject of the study is a student of class X SMAN 1 Pabuaran who selected a class of 26 students. The validation results were analyzed using the Aiken’V method and the student’s response to the product was measured using the likert scale. The product validation result obtained an average of 0.86 is validated. The results show that the product of the research is a practical guide to global warming based on problem-based learning by applying green chemistry well for use in learning.

Additional Information: | Petunjuk praktikum ialah salah satu bahan ajar yang berisikan panduan, dengan metode praktikum ini siswa belajar mandiri dengan melakukan prosedur kerja, pengamatan, analisis, memastikan dan menyimpulkan materi kimia yang dipelajari. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kebutuhan diketahui bahwa pengetahuan awal siswa di salah satu SMA di Kabupaten Serang mengenai pemanasan global, efek rumah kaca dan green chemistry masih sangat terbatas. Kegiatan praktikum yang yang berkaitan dengan subtopik pemanasan global dengan penerapan green chemistry juga tidak pernah dilakukan, hampir 84% peserta didik belum pernah melaksanakan kegiatan praktikum pemanasan global dengan penerapan green chemistry. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan produk berupa petunjuk praktikum pemanasan global berbasis problem based learning dengan menerapkan green chemistry yang valid. Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) yang terdiri dari Define, Design, and Develop (3D models). Penelitian diawali dengan analisis kebutuhan (Define), kemudian perancangan media, menentukan format dan isi produk, dan storyboard produk (Design), dan tahapan validasi produk melalui saran atau kritik dari validator (Develop). Subjek penelitian yaitu siswa kelas X SMAN 1 Pabuaran yang dipilih 1 kelas yakni 26 siswa. Data hasil validasi dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode Aiken’V dan angket respon siswa terhadap produk diukur menggunakan skala likert. Hasil validasi produk diperoleh rata-rata sebesar 0,86 dinyatakan valid. Hasil uji coba terbatas terhadap produk melalui angket respon siswa memperoleh persentase rata-rata sebesar 83,2% dengan kriteria sangat baik. Hasil tersebut menunjukan bahwa produk penelitian berupa petunjuk praktikum pemanasan global berbasis problem based learning dengan menerapkan green chemistry baik untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran. | |||||||||
