Abstract

This study aims to explore the personal branding of Maulana Irsan as a Pandeglang comedy celebgram on a social media Instagram. Instagram is currently a social media that is used personally to express themselves and become a medium for personal branding. Where Maulana Irsan makes Instagram a means to channel his creativity. In building personal branding on Instagram Maulana Irsan always provides positive content and maintaining the trust given by the audience. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method. The qualitative approach and data themselves are obtained through in-depth direct interviews produce descriptive data in the form of written or verbal data from Maulana Irsan as the subject of the research itself. The theory in this study is to use the dramaturgy theory from Erving Goffman.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi tentang personal branding Maulana Irsan sebagai selebgram komedi Pandeglang di media sosial Instagram. Instagram saat ini merupakan media sosial yang digunakan secara personal untuk mengekspresikan diri dan menjadi media untuk melakukan personal branding. Dimana Maulana Irsan menjadikan Instagram sebagai sarana untuk menyalurkan kretaifitasnya. Dalam membangun personal branding di Instagram Maulana Irsan selalu memberikan konten positif dan menjaga kepercaya yang diberikan oleh audiensnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan sifat deskriptif. Pendekatan kualitatif dan data sendiri diperoleh melalui wawancara langsung secara mendalam menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa data-data tertulis atau lisan dari Maulana Irsan sebagai subjek penelitian itu sendiri. Teori dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan Teori Dramaturgi dari Erving Goffman. hasil penelitian ini akan menceritakan secara rinci,
