Abstract
Laparotomy is a direct surgical procedure on the abdomen and the use of anesthetic drugs can cause problems with gastrointestinal motility dysfunction due to manipulation of abdominal organs, with decreased gastrointestinal motility. Factors that influence the post-op laparotomy healing process are diet education, the aim of which is to ensure the patient's nutritional status is normal in order to speed up the healing process and increase the patient's immune system. Meanwhile, early mobilization is an exercise that relieves abdominal discomfort by stretching as early as possible and learning to walk by stimulating peristalsis and the platysma muscles. The aim of this case study is to describe nursing care for gastrointestinal motility dysfunction in post-op laparotomy patients with dietary education and early mobilization at the Banten Provincial Regional Hospital. The method used in this case study is a descriptive case study of (two) people who experienced post-operative problems with gastrointestinal motility dysfunction. Actions taken to address this problem include diet education and early mobilization within 3 days. Implementation for 3 days, patient 1's problem was resolved and patient 2's problem was not resolved because they were able to move using assistive devices.

| Additional Information: | Laparatomi merupakan prosedur pembedahan langsung pada abdomen dan penggunaan obat anestesi dapat menimbulkan masalah disfungsi motilitas gastrointestinal akibat manipulasi organ abdomen, dengan penurunan motilitas gastrointestinal. Faktor yang mempengaruhi proses peyembuhan post op laparatomi yaitu dengan edukasi diet tujuannya adalah memastikan status gizi pasien normal guna mempercepat proses penyembuhan dan meningkatkan daya tahan tubuh pasien. Sedangkan tindakan mobilisasi dini merupakan latihan yang meredakan rasa tidak nyaman pada abdomen dengan cara melakukan sedini mungkin peregangan dan belajar berjalan merangsang gerak peristaltik dan otot platysma. Tujuan dari studi kasus ini adalah menggambarkan asuhan keperawatan disfungsi motilitas gastrointestinal pada pasien post op laparatomi dengan tindakan edukasi diet dan mobilisasi dini di RSUD Provinsi Banten. Metode yang digunakan dalam studi kasus ini adalah deskriktif studi kasus (dua) orang yang mengalami post operasi dengan maslah disfungsi motilitas gastrointestinal. Tindakan yang dilakukan pada masalah tersebut dengan edukasi diet dan mobilisasi dini delama 3 hari. Implementasi selama 3 hari pasien 1 masalah teratasi dan pasien 2 masalah tidak teratasi dikarenakan mampu bergerak dengan menggunakan alat bantu. | |||||||||
