Abstract
Stroke is a disease whose cause is unknown other than damage to blood vessels and can result in disability or death. Stroke not only attacks elderly people, but also adults. The problems it causes include focal disruption of brain function, and the symptoms can be severe and last more than 24 hours (Setiawan, 2021). There are two types of stroke, namely hemorrhagic stroke, and non-hemorrhagic stroke which is called ischemic stroke. This type of research uses descriptive research with case studies. Descriptive research is research that explains or describes a situation objectively. Descriptive research in the form of case studies using a nursing care approach includes assessment, nursing diagnosis, nursing intervention or planning, implementation or implementation of the nursing process and evaluation. The results of research conducted in the emergency room at Dr. Hospital. Dradjat Prawiranegara attacked 2 patients who were diagnosed with hemorrhagic stroke and obtained objective and subjective data that supported the emergence of a nursing diagnosis of Ineffective Airway Clearance.

| Additional Information: | Stroke merupakan penyakit yang tidak diketahui penyebabnya secara jelas selain kerusakan pembuluh darah dan dapat mengakibatkan kecacatan atau kematian. Stroke tidak hanya menyerang orang lanjut usia, namun juga orang dewasa. Masalah yang ditimbulkannya antara lain gangguan fungsi otak secara fokal, dan gejalanya bisa parah dan berlangsung lebih dari 24 jam (Setiawan, 2021). Ada dua jenis stroke yaitu stroke hemoragik, dan stroke non-hemoragik yang disebut stroke iskemik. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan studi kasus. Penelitian deskriptif adalah penelitian yang menjelaskan atau menggambarkan suatu keadaan secara objektif. Penelitian Deskriptif dalam bentuk studi kasus dengan menggunakan pendekatan Asuhan Keperawatan meliputi pengkajian, diagnosa keperawatan, intervensi atau perencanaan keperawatan, implementasi atau pelaksanaan proses keperawatan serta evaluasi. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan di IGD Rumah Sakit Dr. Dradjat Prawiranegara Serang terhadap 2 pasien yang terdiagnosa stroke hemoragik dan didapatkan data objektif dan subjektif yang mendukung munculnya diagnosis keperawatan Bersihan Jalan Napas Tidak Efektif. | |||||||||
