Abstract

This study aims to develop a fable book on conflict resolution in bullying behavior to stimulate moral development in early childhood. The research subjects are children aged 5-6 years at TK Insan Mulia, divided into two groups: the Experimental Group (B1) and the Control Group (B2). The research method used is R&D with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation. Data processing was carried out with the assistance of SPSS version 26. The research results show that the fable book is considered highly feasible to stimulate the moral development of children aged 5-6 years: 90% by media experts, 92.5% by material experts, 91% from student responses, and 97% from teacher responses. Effectiveness testing through the N-Gain Score shows that the Experimental Group, which received intervention through the fable book, achieved an average of 65.31% (moderately effective), while the Control Group, which only used the discussion method, achieved an average of 29.55%.

Uji efektivitas melalui N-Gain Score menunjukkan bahwa Kelompok Eksperimen, yang menerima intervensi melalui buku fabel, mencapai rata-rata 65,31% (cukup efektif), sedangkan Kelompok Kontrol, yang hanya menggunakan metode cakap-cakap, mencapai rata-rata 29,55%.
