Abstract
This study aims to describe (1) the implementation of the Early Childhood Parenting Class Parenting Program (KPO) in Improving Parenting Parents in the Ulil Albab Play Group Pkbm Abdi Pertiwi Serang City. (2) the results of the Early Childhood Parents Meeting Class Parenting Program (KPO) in Improving Parenting Parenting in Pkbm Abdi Pertiwi Ulil Albab Play Group, Serang City. (3) Forms of Parenting Behavior in the Interaction of Parents and Early Childhood in the Ulil Albab Play Group of Pkbm Abdi Pertiwi Serang City. The approach used is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The techniques and data bases used were observation, interviews, and documentation study. Sources of research data consisted of 12 people, namely 1 Head of the Institute, 1 person in charge of the program and 10 program participants. Based on the research that has been done, it shows that: (1) the implementation is as expected, starting from the planning process which initially starts from determining the person in charge of the program by the head of the institution himself, after which the order for program management aims at the program is packaged with well, the need for needs is done by looking for information from parents to determine the material according to the needs, it is felt that the planning has been well packaged, just the implementation process which includes the material given to the participants which is considered appropriate while the method used is the question and answer method that is successfully applied To the participants, after the implementation process has been carried out into the evaluation process, there are still some people who are less active and shy during the implementation process, then the preparation of the schedule is correct according to the current time of the participants, the resource persons also understand During the course of the event and its delivery to participants that is easily digested by the participants, the implementation until the evaluation process has reached standardization in general (2) the results obtained by people who want to know new understandings regarding good and correct parenting patterns (3) understood by parents and in the future will be implemented according to the portion.

(2) hasil Program Parenting Kelas Pertemuan Orang Tua (KPO) Anak Usia Dini Dalam Meningkatkan Pola Asuh Orang Tua Di Kelompok Bermain Ulil Albab Pkbm Abdi Pertiwi Kota Serang. (3) bentuk – bentuk perilaku Pengasuhan dalam Interaksi Orang Tua dengan Anak Usia Dini Di Kelompok Bermain Ulil Albab Pkbm Abdi Pertiwi Kota Serang.Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Adapun teknik dan pedoman pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Sumber data penelitian ini terdiri dari 12 orang, yaitu 1 orang Kepala Lembaga, 1 orang penanggung jawab program dan 10 orang peserta program. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa: (1) pelaksanaan yang dilaksanakan sudah sesuai dengan yang diharapkan, di mulai dari proses perencanaan yang pada awalnya dimulai dari penentuan penanggung jawab program oleh kepala lembaga sendiri, yang setelah itu dilanjut pembentukan kepengurusan program yang bertujuan supaya program terkemas dengan baik, identifikasi kebutuhan dilakukan dengan menggali informasi kepada para orangtua untuk menentukan materi sesuai kebutuhan, dirasa perencanaan sudah dikemas dengan baik tinggal proses pelaksanaan yang didalamnya ada terkait materi yang diberikan kepada peserta dirasa sudah sesuai porsi adapun metode yang digunakan adalah metode tanya jawab yang berhasil diterapkan kepada peserta, seteleah proses pelaksanaan sudah dilaksanakan lanjutlah ke proses evaluasi yang memang masih adanya beberapa orangtua yang kurang aktif dan malu-malu pada saat proses pelaksanaan yang selanjutnya penyusunan jadwal yang sudah tepat dengan waktu para peserta, narasumber pun dianggap menguasai jalan nya acara dan penyampaiannya ke peserta dianggap mudah dicerna oleh peserta, pelaksanaan sampai proses evaluasi dinilai sudah mencapai standarisasi pada umumnya (2) hasil yang didapatkan para orangtua jadi memiliki pemahan baru terkait pola asuh yang baik dan benar (3) bentuk-bentuk pengasuhan sudah di pahami oleh para orangtua dan kedepannya akan diterapkan sesuai porsinya. | |||||||||
