Abstract
CV. Sumber Karya Teknik is a company that started as an ordinary workshop and was built starting in early 2008 which is located at Jl. Raya Plt Curug Km. 3, Sukabakti Village, Curug District, Tangerang. At that time, he specialized in working on vehicle spare parts, for example, the CV two-wheeled motorbike. Sumber Karya Teknik with the passage of time is currently expanding its business. a company engaged in the trade of goods and services, and emphasizes repair (repair) or manufacture of industrial goods made of metal (lathe workshop). Economic growth which began to stabilize began to make CV. Sumber Karya Teknik develops business in Manufacturing sector. In the future development of CV. Sumber Karya Teknik is able to become a nation-building partner that is not limited to the industrial sector but various aspects within the limits of existing capabilities. Problems with CV. Sumber Karya Teknik, namely in the process of repair and employee turning workshops there is an accident in each process. And there is still a lack of awareness of the importance of occupational safety and health at work, so it is necessary to identify potential hazards in order to increase awareness of the importance of occupational safety and health. The work accident data recorded that in 2019 there were 20 work accidents, in 2020 there were 18 work accidents, and in 2021 there were 25 work accidents. Most of them are accidents in the use of cutting machine tools.

| Additional Information: | CV. Sumber Karya Teknik merupakan perusahaan yang berawal dari sebuah bengkel biasa dan di bangun mulai awal tahun 2008 yang beralamat di Jl. Raya Plt Curug Km. 3, Kelurahan Sukabakti, Kecamatan Curug, Tangerang. Pada saat itu khusus mengerjakan spare part kendaraan contohnya seperti motor roda dua CV. Sumber Karya Teknik dengan berjalan nya waktu saat ini memperluas usahanya. sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang perdagangan barang dan jasa, dan lebih menekankan kepada perbaikan (reparasi) atau pembuatan barang industri yang terbuat dari logam (Bengkel bubut). Pertumbuhan ekonomi yang mulai stabil mulai membuat pengendalian potensi bahaya dengan menggunakan metode Job Safety Analysis (JSA) dan Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment & Risk Control (HIRARC) pada di CV. Sumber Karya Teknik. untuk mengetahui akar penyebab terjadinya risiko kecelakaan kerja dan mengendalikan risiko kecelakaan kerja. Hasil penilaian resiko 10 potensi bahaya yang ditemukan pada aktivitas kerja di CV. Sumber Karya Teknik terdapat enam kategori resiko yang termasuk tinggi (high) dan empat termasuk kategori sedang (medium). Rekomendasi perbaikan yang dapat diberikan berdasarkan hierarki pengendalian resiko adalah dengan cara melakukan eliminasi sumber bahaya, pengendalian teknis, pengendalian administratif dengan membuat SOP serta mewajibkan penggunaan APD berupa sarung tangan, sepatu safety, masker dan kacamata safety. | |||||||||
