Abstract

Teachers must be able to understand students' characteristics and also be creative in attracting students' attention, one of which is developing media so that students are enthusiastic about participating in learning and can achieve a learning goal. This research aims to develop USTARD (UNO Stacko & Card) learning media that is practical, valid and effective. So it is suitable for use as a learning medium both inside and outside the classroom. This research is a type of research and development (Research and Development) with the ADDIE stage development model consisting of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation steps. USTARD media has been declared valid based on the results of media experts and material experts with an average of 90%, including the very valid category, said to be practical based on student and teacher responses with an average of 92%, including the very practical category, and said to be effective based on an average problem solving ability test. an average of 65% is included in the effective category. The research results show that the USTARD (UNO Stacko & Card) media is suitable for use as a mathematics learning medium.

Additional Information: Guru harus dapat memahami karakteristik siswa dan juga kreatif dalam menarik perhatian siswa salah satunya yaitu mengembangkan suatu media agar siswa antusias untuk mengikuti pembelajaran dan dapat mencapai suatu tujuan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran USTARD (UNO Stacko & Card) yang praktis, valid, dan efektif. Sehingga layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran baik di dalam maupun di luar kelas. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan model pengembangan tahapan ADDIE yang terdiri dari langkah Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Media USTARD telah dinyatakan valid berdasarkan hasil ahli media dan ahli materi dengan rata-rata 90% termasuk kategori sangat valid, dikatakan praktis berdasarkan respon siswa dan guru dengan rata-rata 92% termasuk kategori sangat praktis, dan dikatakan efektif berdasarkan tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah dengan rata rata 65% termasuk kategori efektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa media USTARD (UNO Stacko & Card) layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran matematika.
