Abstract

This research aims to empirically examine the influence of profitability and liquidity on company value with capital structure as an intervening variable in pharmaceutical sub sector companies 2012-2021 period.In this research there are four variables, namely profitability, liquidity, capital structure and company value.The data used in this research is secondary and technique used is pusposive sampling.The data sources in this research come from the Indonesian Stock Exchange, Finance Yahoo, and the official website of each company.the result of this research are that profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value, liquidity has a positive and significant effect on firm value, profitability has a positive and significant effect on capital structure, liquidity has a negative and significant effect on capital structure, capital structure has a positive but no significant effect on firm value, structure capital is unable to mediate the influence of profitability and liquidity on firm value.

Additional Information:	Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji empiris pengaruh profitabilitas dan likuiditas terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan struktur modal sebagai variabel intervening pada perusahaan sub sektor farmasi periode 2012-2021.Dalam Penelitia ini terdapat 4 variabel yaitu : Profitabilitas (ROE) , Likuiditas (CR) , Struktur Modal (DER) , dan Nilai Perusahaan (PBV) . Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dan teknik yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling . Sumber data dalam penelitian ini berasal dari Bursa Efek Indonesia , Finance Yahoo , dan website resmi setiap perusahaan . Hasil dalam penelitian ini yaitu : Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan , Likuiditas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Nilai perusahaan , Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap struktur modal , likuiditas berpebgaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap struktur modal , struktur modal berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap nilak perusahaan , struktur modal tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh ptofitabilitas dan likuiditas terhadap nilai perusahaan .
