Abstract

This research aims to determine teachers' understanding of Student’s wellbeing and examine the suitability of the online mathematics learning tools used by teachers with indikators of Student’s wellbeing. Ten indikators of Student’s wellbeing were analyzed, namely enjoy indikators, independent indikators, broadminded indikators, discipline indikators, critical thinking and problem solving indikators, creative thinking indikators, learning achievement indikators, collaboration indikators, communication indikators and motivation indikators. The type of research used was descriptive qualitative using three mathematics teachers and thirty students from three different high schools in Lebak Regency as respondents. The data obtained was in the form of interviews, teacher questionnaires, student respone questionnaires, observations through assessment rubrics, and documentation of learning tools. The learning tools analyzed include learning implementation plans, teaching materials in the form of modules, learning media in the form of PowerPoint or videos, as well as learning evaluations. The results of the analysis show that many teachers do not yet understand Student’s wellbeing, but have implemented Student’s wellbeing indikators both in planning and implementing learning. The online learning tools created also show a good category and the indikators in the learning tools are also included in the quite good category. However, from the students' respones they still find it difficult to understand the material in the online learning process.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemahaman guru mengenai Student’s wellbeing dan mengkaji kesesuaian perangkat pembelajaran matematika daring yang di gunakan guru dengan indikator Student’s wellbeing. Indikator Student’s wellbeing yang dianalisis sebanyak sepuluh indikator, yaitu indikator enjoy, indikator mandiri, indikator berwawasan luas, indikator disiplin, indikator berpikir kritis dan pemecahan masalah, indikator berpikir kreatif, indikator prestasi belajar, indikator kolaborasi, indikator komunikasi dan indikator motivasi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan responden sebanyak tiga orang guru matematika serta tiga puluh siswa dari tiga sekolah SMA berbeda di kabupaten Lebak. Data yang diperoleh berupa wawancara, angket guru, angket respon siswa, observasi melalui rubrik penilaian, serta dokumentasi perangkat pembelajaran. Perangkat pembelajaran yang dianalisis, yaitu rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran, bahan ajar berupa modul, media pembelajaran berupa powerpoint atau video, serta evaluasi pembelajaran. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa banyak Guru yang belum memahami tentang Student’s wellbeing, namun sudah menerapkan indikator- indikator Student’s wellbeing baik dalam perencanaan maupun pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Perangkat pembelajaran daring yang dibuat juga sudah menunjukkan kategori baik dan indikator di dalam perangkat pembelajaran juga termasuk ke dalam kategori cukup baik, Namun dari respon siswa masih merasa kesulitan memahamai materi dalam proses pembelajaran daring berlangsung.
