Abstract
Indonesia, with its low-income population, requires external capital inflows to support economic growth. Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) is a crucial source of international financing. The amount of FDI that Indonesia receives is influenced not only by internal economic factors but also by the level of perceived corruption, as reflected in the Corruption Perception Index (CPI). A high CPI ranking, indicating low levels of corruption, can enhance foreign investors' confidence in Indonesia's business environment. This study aims to analyze the effect Corruption Perceptions Index, Gross Domestic Product, Ease of Doing Business Index, Inflation Rate, and Export on Foreign Direct Investment in ASEAN countries in 2016-2020. This research using regression panel data methods with the REM (Random Effect Model) equation using Eviews. The research results show that the Corruption Perception Index variable has a significant effect on Foreign Direct Investment, then Gross Domestic Product has no effect on Foreign Direct Investment. Then the Ease of Doing Business Index has no effect on Foreign Direct Investment, Inflation has no effect on Foreign Direct Investment, and Exports are not defined on Foreign Direct Investmen

| Additional Information: | Indonesia dengan tingkat pendapatan masyarakat yang rendah memerlukan aliran dana dari luar negeri untuk mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi. Investasi asing langsung (Foreign Direct Investment) atau FDI menjadi salah satu sumber pembiayaan internasional yang penting. Jumlah penerimaan FDI yang akan diterima Indonesia tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor ekonomi internal, tetapi juga oleh tingkat persepsi korupsi yang terwujud dalam Corruption Perception Index (CPI). Peringkat CPI yang tinggi, menunjukkan tingkat korupsi yang rendah, dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan investor asing terhadap lingkungan bisnis di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Indeks Persepsi Korupsi, Produk Domestik Bruto, Indeks Kemudahan Berbisnis, Inflasi, dan Ekspor terhadap Investasi Asing Langsung di negara-negara ASEAN periode 2016-2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi data panel. Penelitian ini bersumber data sekunder menggunakan metode Panel Data dengan persamaan REM (Random Effect Model) dan diolah menggunakan Eviews. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Indeks Persepsi Korupsi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Investasi Asing Langsung, selanjutnya Produk Domestik Bruto tidak berpengaruh terhadap Investasi Asing Langsung. Lalu Indeks Kemudahan berbisnis tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Investasi Asing Langsung, pada Inflasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Investasi Asing Langsung, dan Ekspor tidak terdefinisi terhadap Investasi Asing Langsung. | |||||||||
