Abstract
Increasing the volume of waste is still an important issue in various regions, this is due to the dense activity of people outside the home, making the waste problem difficult to overcome. Factors that often occur are people's habits and mindset that waste cannot be reused. Therefore, it is necessary to have a waste program through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) which is implemented in the community, such as a waste bank (Bank Sandi) which is a form of collaboration with officials (stakeholders) whose aim is to manage organic and inorganic waste, providing income to community, creating an independent spirit and empowering the community in processing waste. This research aims to: 1) find out the steps in implementing CSR, 2) identify supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing CSR, 3) identify obstacles in implementing CSR for the Tegal Bunder Village community. The method used in this research is a qualitative method through a case study approach. The research results show that CSR with the involvement of stakeholders can provide changes such as impact, sustainable activities (community empowerment), utilizing waste using the 3R concept (reuse, reduce and recycle)

| Additional Information: | Peningkatan volume sampah masih menjadi isu penting di berbagai wilayah, hal ini disebabkan karena padatnya aktivitas masyarakat di luar rumah sehingga menjadikan masalah sampah sulit diatasi. Faktor yang sering terjadi ialah kebiasaan serta pola pikir masyarakat bahwasanya sampah tidak dapat dimanfaatkan kembali. Oleh sebab itu, perlu adanya program sampah melalui Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) yang diterapkan di lingkungan masyarakat, seperti bank sampah (Bank Sandi) yang merupakan wujud kolaborasi dengan pejabat (stakeholder) yang memiliki tujuan untuk mengelola sampah organik serta anorganik, memberikan penghasilan pada masyarakat, menciptakan jiwa mandiri serta pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam mengolah sampah. Riset ini diantaranya bermaksud : 1) mengetahui langkah-langkah dalam penerapan CSR, 2) mengenali hal pendukung maupun penghambat penerapan CSR, 3) mengidentifikasi kendala dalam penerapan CSR terhadap masyarakat Kelurahan Tegal Bunder. Metode yang dipergunakan dalam penilitian ini ialah teknik kualitatif melalui pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil riset menunjukkan bahwasanya CSR dengan adanya keterlibatan stakeholders dapat memberikan perubahan seperti dampak, kegiatan berkelanjutan (pemberdayaan masyarakat), memanfaatkan sampah menggunakan konsep 3R (reuse, reduce,dan recycle) | ||||||
