Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of Transformational Leadership Style (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) with Job Satisfaction (Z) as an Intervening Variable at CV Cendana Bakery. The method used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were 59 employees at CV Cendana Bakery. This research sample uses the entire research population using census sampling. The data analysis technique in this research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tool. The results of this research show that: (1) Transformational Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (2) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (3) Transformational Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction (4) Work Discipline has a positive effect positive and significant on Job Satisfaction (5) Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (6) Job Satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between Transformational Leadership Style and Employee Performance. (7) Job Satisfaction can mediate and influence the relationship between Work Discipline and Employee Performance.

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional (X1) dan Disiplin Kerja(X2) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) dengan Kepuasan Kerja (Z) sebagai Variabel Intervening pada CV Cendana Bakery. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 59 orang karyawan pada CV Cendana Bakery. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh populasi penelitian dengan menggunakan sampling sensus. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan menggunakan alat analisis SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (2) Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (3) Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja (4) Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja (5) Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (6) Kepuasan Kerja tidak memediasi hubungan antara Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional dengan Kinerja Karyawan. (7) Kepuasan Kerja dapat memediasi dan mempengaruhi hubungan antara Disiplin Kerja dengan Kinerja Karyawan. | |||||||||
