Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of Leadership Style (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) with Work Discipline (Z) as an Intervening Variable at PD Putra Jaya Food Industries. The method used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were 44 employees at PD Putra Jaya Food Industries. This research sample uses the entire research population using census sampling. The data analysis technique in this research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tool. The results of this research show that: (1) Leadership Style has a positive but not significant effect on Employee Performance (2) Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on Work Discipline (3) Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Work Discipline (4) Discipline has a positive and significant effect significant impact on Employee Performance (5) Work Discipline can mediate and influence the relationship between Leadership Style and Employee Performance.

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan (X1) dan Motivasi Kerja (X2) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) dengan Disiplin Kerja (Z) sebagai Variabel Intervening pada PD Putra Jaya Food Industries. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 44 orang karyawan pada PD Putra Jaya Food Industries. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh populasi penelitian dengan menggunakan sampling sensus. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan menggunakan alat analisis SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (2) Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Disiplin Kerja (3) Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Disiplin Kerja (4) Disiplin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (5) Disiplin Kerja dapat memediasi dan mempengaruhi hubungan antara Gaya Kepemimpinan dengan Kinerja Karyawan. | |||||||||
