Abstract

Self awareness is very necessary so that teenagers can know their own abilities and be aware of their strengths and weaknesses. Every teenager is given ideas to be able to think, behave and be able to make decisions in their life. Students who have self-awareness will find it easy to develop self-awareness and be aware of However, students with low self-awareness will have difficulty assessing themselves well and will not have an optimistic attitude about the potential for relationships with other people and the environment. Based on research conducted at SMAN 1 Kramatwau regarding self-awareness, problems were found related to students' low understanding of self-awareness and limited teaching media for guidance and counseling teachers. The aim of the research is to develop media in the form of modules with a group guidance approach to role playing techniques to increase the self-awareness of class XI students at SMAN 1 Kramatwatu. The research method used is research and development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire and the data analysis technique uses a Likert scale. The results of the feasibility test obtained an overall result of 90% with a very feasible category with the provisions of the material and media feasibility test obtaining a result of 86%, the language feasibility test of 94% and the practitioner feasibility test of 93% and to strengthen the effectiveness of the services provided the N-Gain percent result was 60.3%, namely quite effective with a score of 0,60 in the medium category. From the results of this management, the module was declared suitable for use by guidance and counseling teachers in providing understanding to students regarding self-awareness.

Additional Information: Self awareness sangat diperlukan supaya remaja dapat mengetahui kemampuan dalam diri serta menyadari kelebihan dan kelemahan yang ada pada diri.Setiap remaja diberikan pemikiran untuk dapat berpikir, berperilaku dan dapat mengambil keputusan dalam hidupnya Siswa yang memiliki self awareness akan mudah untuk menumbuhkan kesadaran diri dan menyadari akan kemampuan yang dimiliki akan tetapi, siswa dengan self awareness yang rendah akan mendapatkan kesulitan dalam menilai diri dengan baik dan tidak memiliki sikap optimis akan potensi hubungan dengan orang lain maupun lingkungan. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan di SMAN 1 Kramatwau mengenai self awareness menemukan permasalahan terkait rendahnya pemahaman self awareness siswa dan terbatasnya media ajar bagi guru bimbingan dan konseling. Adapun tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengembangkan media berupa modul dengan pendekatan bimbingan kelompok teknik role playing untuk meningkatkan self awareness siswa kelas XI SMAN 1 Kramatwatu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah research and development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket serta teknik analisis data menggunakan skala likert. Adapun hasil uji kelayakan mendapatkan hasil keseluruhan 90% dengan kategori sangat layak dengan ketentuan uji kelayakan materi dan media mendapat hasil 86%, Uji kelayakan bahasa 94% dan uji kelayakan praktisi 93% dan untuk memperkuat keefektifan layanan yang diberikan mendapatkan hasil N-Gain persen adalah 60,3% yaitu cukup efektif dengan skor 0,60 dengan kategori sedang. Dari hasil pengelolaan tersebut, maka modul dinyatakan layak untuk digunakan oleh guru BK dalam memberikan pemahaman kepada siswa terkait self awareness.
