Abstract
The supply chain system is the entire series of processes within a company that is involved in delivering products to end consumers. The supply chain greatly influences the quality of the company. PT Guataka Makmur Horecaba Indonesia is a company that aims to expand its business scope into the production of frozen vegetables, thus requiring a well-designed supply chain system. The determination of the factory location is the initial step in designing the supply chain system. In this study, the determination of the factory location uses 3 methods: Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), Center of Gravity (COG), and Load Distance (LD). The best location based on the AHP method is in Desa Kadu, Curug District, Tangerang Regency, Banten. The best location based on the COG method is in Gunung Putri District, Bogor City, West Java. The best location based on the LD method is in Sindangbarang, Bogor City, West Java. The next step in designing the supply chain is determining consumer demand. In this study, consumer demand determination uses the Monte Carlo method, with a total annual demand of 394,028 kg. Additionally, route determination is made to minimize costs and delivery time. Based on the results of route determination using the saving matrix method optimized with the nearest neighbor method, the shortest route is obtained at the location using the COG method, with a total delivery distance of 384.23 km.

| Additional Information: | Sistem rantai pasok merupakan seluruh rangkaian proses pada sebuah perusahaan yang dilakukan dalam penyaluran produk kepada konsumen akhir. Rantai pasok sangat berpengaruh terhadap kualitas perusahaan. PT Guataka Makmur Horecaba Indonesia merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang ingin memperluas cakupan perusahaannya ke bidang pembuatan produk frozen vegetables, oleh karena itu diperlukan perancangan sistem rantai pasok yang baik. Penentuan lokasi pabrik merupakan langkah awal perancangan sistem rantai pasok. Pada penelitian ini penentuan lokasi pabrik menggunakan 3 metode yaitu Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), Center of Gravity (COG) dan Load Distance (LD). Lokasi terbaik berdasarkan metode AHP terletak pada Desa Kadu, Kecamatan Curug, Kabupaten Tangerang, Banten. Lokasi terbaik berdasarkan metode COG terletak pada Kecamatan Gunung Putri, Kota Bogor, Jawa Barat. Lokasi terbaik berdasarkan metode LD terletak pada Sindangbarang, Kota Bogor, Jawa Barat. Hal yang selanjutnya dilakukan dalam perancangan rantai pasok adalah penentuan permintaan konsumen. Pada penelitian ini penentuan permintaan konsumen menggunakan metode monte carlo, dengan hasil total permintaan dalam setahun sebanyak 394.028 kg. Pada penelitian ini pun penentuan rute pengiriman dibuat untuk meminimalkan biaya serta waktu pengiriman. Berdasarkan hasil penentuan rute dengan metode saving matrix yang dioptimasi dengan metode nearest neighbor didapatkan rute terpendek pada lokasi dengan metode COG, dengan total jarak pengiriman sebesar 384,23 km. | |||||||||
