Abstract
This research was conducted to determine the effect of Information Sharing, Long Term Relationship and Cooperation on Operational Performance in Restaurants in Tangerang Regency. The method used in this research is quantitative research with a type of causal research. The population and sample in this study used the Slovin technique (Sugiyono, 2017) with a predetermined formula and a calculated sample size of 97 respondents. The data analysis technique in this research uses the SmartPLS 4 analysis tool. The results of this research show that: (1) Information sharing has a positive and significant effect on operational performance in restaurants. (2) Long term relationships have an influence on operational performance in restaurants but have not been proven statistically in the context of this research. (3) Cooperation has a positive and significant effect on operational performance in restaurants.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Information Sharing, Long Term Relationship dan Cooperation terhadap Kinerja Operasional pada Restoran di Kabupaten Tangerang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian kausal. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik slovin (Sugiyono, 2017) dengan rumus yang telah ditentukan dan jumlah sampel yang terhitung sebanyak 97 responden. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Information sharing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja operasional pada Restoran. (2) Long term relationship tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja operasional pada Restoran (3) Cooperation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja operasional pada Restoran | |||||||||
