Abstract

This research is based on the results of observations and interviews in the field, namely regarding the influence of learning environmental factors, learning motivation and learning independence on the learning outcomes of students at the Serang City TITL concentration vocational school. Meanwhile, the aim of this research is to determine the influence of the learning environment, learning motivation and learning independence on learning outcomes. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with an ex-poxt facto type of research. The population of this research is class 10, 11 and 12 students at TITL concentration vocational school in Serang City totaling 409 students. The sampling technique used a proportional stratified random sampling technique , where the number of research samples was 202 students. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and documentation. The questionnaire is in the form of a questionnaire on the learning environment, learning motivation and learning independence, while the documentation for collecting data on learning outcomes is in the form of a student grade log in one odd semester. The results of this research, (1) the learning environment has a negative and significant effect on learning outcomes by 3.4%, (2) learning motivation has a negative and significant effect on learning outcomes by 10.3%, (3) learning independence has a negative and significant effect on learning outcomes of 3.9%, (4) learning environment and learning motivation have a simultaneous and significant effect on learning outcomes of 27.2%, (5) learning motivation and learning independence have a simultaneous and significant effect on learning outcomes of 10.8%, (6) the learning environment and learning independence have a simultaneous and significant effect on learning outcomes by 10.6%, (7) the learning environment, learning motivation and learning independence have a simultaneous and significant effect on learning outcomes by 28.8%.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini di latar belakangi dari hasil observasi dan wawancara di lapangan yaitu mengenai pengaruh dari faktor lingkungan belajar, motivasi belajara dan kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa SMK konsentrasi TITL Kota Serang. Adapun, tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan belajar, motivasi belajar dan kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian ex poxt facto. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu kelas 10, 11 dan 12 siswa SMK konsentrasi TITL di Kota Serang berjumlah 409 siswa. Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik propotionate stratified random sampling, dimana jumlah sampel penelitian yaitu 202 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner (angket) dan dokumentasi. Kousioner berupa angket lingkungan belajar, motivasi belajar, dan kemandirian belajar, sedangkan dokumentasi untuk mengumpulkan data hasil belajar berupa legger nilai siswa dalam satu semester ganjil. Hasil penelitian ini, (1) lingkungan belajar berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar sebesar 3,4%, (2) motivasi belajar berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar sebesar 10,3%, (3) kemandirian belajar berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar sebesar 3,9%, (4) lingkungan belajar dan motivasi belajar berpengaruh simultan dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar sebesar 27,2%, (5) motivasi belajar dan kemandirian belajar berpengaruh simultan dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar sebesar 10,8%, (6) lingkungan belajar dan kemandirian belajar berpengaruh simultan dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar sebesar 10,6%, (7) lingkungan belajar, motivasi belajar dan kemandirian belajar berpengaruh simultan dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar sebesar 28,8%.
