Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the suitability of TEFA learning based on context, input, process, and product (CIPP) aspects. The research method used is the CIPP evaluation model with a mixed research type. The research location was SMKN 5 Tangerang Regency, majoring in mechanical engineering class XII. The sample of this study consisted of the principal, head of TEFA, supervisor, productive teachers, students and consumers. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling and data collection is through questionnaires, interviews, observation and document analysis. The results of the study seen from the CIPP aspect show 1) context which consists of a) background b) legal basis c) vision, mission and objectives in the very suitable category, 2) input which consists of a) practical space / workshop-lab respondent teachers (86.81%) and supervisors (79.17%) very suitable category, respondent TEFA chairman (75. 00%) appropriate category, b) human resources respondent teachers (81.25%) and supervisors (81.25%) very appropriate category, respondent TEFA chairman (75.00%) appropriate category c) industrial relations respondent teachers (85.42%) and supervisors (81.25%) very appropriate category, respondent TEFA chairman (68.75%) appropriate category, 3) process consisting of a) management respondent teachers (79.17%) very appropriate category, respondent TEFA chairman (70. 83%) supervisors (70.83%) and students (71.84%) in the appropriate category, b) learning-training patterns of teacher respondents (84.52%) supervisors (82.14%) and students (75.40%) in the very appropriate category, TEFA chairman respondents (75.00%) in the appropriate category c) marketing-promotion of teacher respondents (83.33%) in the very appropriate category, TEFA chairman respondents (75. 00%) and students (74.83%) in the appropriate category, supervisor respondents (56.25%) in the less appropriate category and 4) product consists of products-services teacher respondents (79.17%), students (75.75%) and consumers (82.81%) in the very appropriate category, TEFA chairman respondents (75.00%) and supervisors (75.00%) in the appropriate category. In general, the TEFA learning model has been running well, but there is a need for productive sustainability in product marketing, human resources, alignment of block system schedules and completeness of production tools.

Additional Information: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kesesuaian pembelajaran TEFA berdasarkan aspek context, input, process, and product (CIPP). Hasil penelitian dilihat dari aspek CIPP menunjukan 1) context yang terdiri dari a) latar belakang b) landasan hukum c) visi misi dan tujuan masuk kategori sangat sesuai, 2) input yang terdiri dari a) ruang praktik/bengkel-lab responden guru (86,81%) dan supervisor (79.17%) kategori sangat sesuai, responden ketua TEFA (75.00%) kategori sesuai, b) sumber daya manusia responden guru (81,25%) dan supervisor (81,25%) kategori sangat sesuai, responden ketua TEFA (75.00%) kategori sesuai c) hubungan industri responden guru (85,42%) dan supervisor (81,25%) kategori sangat sesuai, responden ketua TEFA (68.75%) kategori sesuai, 3) process yang terdiri dari a) manajemen responden guru (79,17%) kategori sangat sesuai, responden ketua TEFA (70.83%) supervisor (70.83%) dan siswa (71.84%) kategori sesuai, b) pola pembelajaran-training responden guru (84,52%) supervisor (82.14%) dan siswa (75.40%) kategori sangat sesuai, responden ketua TEFA (75.00%) kategori sesuai c) marketing-promosi responden guru (83,33%) kategori sangat sesuai, responden ketua TEFA (75.00%) dan siswa (74.83%) kategori sesuai, responden supervisor (56.25%) kategori kurang sesuai dan 4) product terdiri dari produk-jasa responden guru (79,17%), siswa (75,75%) dan konsumen (82,81%) kategori sangat sesuai, responden ketua TEFA (75.00%) dan supervisor (75.00%) masuk kategori sesuai. Secara umum model pembelajaran TEFA telah berjalan dengan baik, namun perlu adanya keberlanjutan yang produktif dalam pemasaran produk, SDM, penyelarasan jadwal sistem blok dan kelengkapan tools produksi.
