Abstract

Good transportation will play an important role in the development of the region, especially in accessibility. It is easy to connect to other locations through the transportation network. One of the transport equipment used is rental. The purpose of this research is to know the characteristics of users of the shuttle bus service Samudra and Jala Bhakti, knowing the performance and expectation of service with decree of the Minister of Transportation No. 108 year 2017. The method used is Service Quality using SPSS 16.0 software. The results of the characteristics are many women between 20-40 years of age with the use of shuttle bus because it is faster than using other public transportation with average revenue above Rp. 4,5 million. The performance of Samudra and Jala Bhakti shuttle bus Services has the same result that is an affordable travel fare for bus passengers with the total value for Samudra shuttle bus 2,89 and for the Jala Bhakti shuttle bus for 2,99. For the expectation of service shuttle bus Samdura is further improved back comfortable seating facilities with a value of 3,84 and the expectation of the service of Jala Bhakti shuttle bus is more improved back the accuracy of the scheduled departure and arrival bus With a value of 3,75. For the achievement value of each Samudra shuttle bus attribute, tangible 68,245%, reability of 62,977%, 65,192% of responsiveness, assurance of 72,346%, and empathy for 79,614%. For the Jalat Bhakti shuttle bus, tangible% of 58,333%, reability of 65,898%, responsiveness of 69,41%, assurance of 75,815%, and empathy of 83,287%. The value of the user satisfaction of Samudra and Jala Bhakti shuttle bus is good enough with the average value rate of satisfaction of users of Samudra Shuttle Bus 69,675% from 100% and for Shuttle Bus Jala Bhakti 70,549% from 100%.
