Abstract
In buying and selling meat activities at the Kukun Traditional Market, Rajeg District does not pay attention to halal certification when selling or buying meat. So this study aims to find out how the implementation of Islamic Business Ethics on non-halal certified meat traders and how the Muamalah Fiqh review of non-halal certified meat buying and selling activities. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods that use field data (Field Research). Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that Meat Traders have implemented Islamic Business Ethics according to Syed Nawab Haider Naqvi which has 4 principles, namely: tawhid (unity), balance, free will, and responsibility. However, if viewed from muamalah fiqh as seen from the activity of buying and selling non-certified halal meat at the Kukun Traditional Market, Rajeg District, it can still be done. It's just that in the process of slaughter in accordance with Islamic law and the meat is not contaminated with substances that are haram. However, meat traders at Kukun Traditional Market should have halal certification, because in line with Sadd Adz-Dzari'ah halal certification can protect consumers from consuming meat that is haram or carrying Mufsadah. So researchers suggest that meat traders immediately register to get halal certification because the government will require business actors to have halal certification and will provide administrative sanctions for business actors who do not have halal certification.

Additional Information: | Pada aktivitas jual beli daging di Pasar Tradisional Kukun Kecamatan Rajeg tidak memperhatikan sertifikasi halal pada saat menjual atau membeli daging. Sehingga Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi Etika Bisnis Islam pada pedagang daging non tersertifikasi halal dan bagaimana tinjauan Fiqih Muamalah terhadap aktivitas jual beli daging non tersertifikasi halal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif yang menggunakan data lapangan (Field Research). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pedagang Daging telah menerapkan Etika Bisnis Islam menurut Syed Nawab Haider Naqvi yang memiliki 4 prinsip, yaitu: tauhid (kesatuan), keseimbangan, kehendak bebas (Free will), dan tanggung jawab. Namun, jika ditinjau dari fiqih muamalah yang dilihat dari aktivitas jual beli daging non tersertifikasi halal di Pasar Tradisional Kukun Kecamatan Rajeg, tetap boleh dilakukan. Hanya saja dalam proses penyembelihan sesuai dengan syariat Islam dan daging tidak terkontaminasi dengan zat yang haram. Namun sebaiknya pedagang daging di Pasar Tradisional Kukun mengantongi sertifikasi halal, karena sejalan dengan Sadd Adz-Dzari’ah sertifikasi halal dapat melindungi konsumen mengkonsumsi daging yang haram atau membawa Mufsadah. Maka peneliti menyarankan untuk pedagang daging segera mendaftarkan diri untuk mendapatkan sertifikasi halal karena pemerintah akan mewajibkan pelaku usaha memiliki sertifikasi halal dan akan memberikan sanksi administratif bagi pelaku usaha yang tidak memiliki sertifikasi halal. | |||||||||
