Abstract
Road and bridge infrastructure development is growing very quickly in Tangerang City. The infrastructure development process marks the progress of a city in a region. Tangerang City is the connecting route for vehicles entering the DKI Jakarta area, the area that is the connecting route is Jl. Daan Mogot. Jalan Daan Mogot is a strategic route for the people of Tangerang City and its surroundings to be able to carry out activities and work in the DKI Jakarta area, as a result, traffic jams often occur in this area. So this research aims to determine the impact of traffic jams on the community and road users on Jl. Daan Mogot from the implementation of the one way system on Jl. Daan Mogot, the role of the Tangerang City PUPR Service in the construction of the Mookervart 1 & 2 bridge as a supporting effort to reduce congestion on Jl. Daan Mogot, and the role of the Tangerang City Transportation Department in implementing the one way system on Jl. Daan Mogot. The method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach, which focuses on the role and efforts to reduce traffic jams that occur on Jl. Daan Mogot from the Tangerang City Government through the Tangerang City Transportation Service and the Tangerang City PUPR Service and the impact on the people of Tangerang City and road users from this policy. The data collection itself uses triangulation techniques, so in this case the conclusion is the implementation of a one-way and reverse system via the Mookervart 1 and 2 bridges (one way and looping) on Jl. Daan Mogot experienced an increase in speed of 2-3 km/hour and required adaptation of traffic habits for road users and the surrounding community due to this policy.

| Additional Information: | Pembangunan infrastruktur jalan dan jembatan tumbuh sangat cepat di Kota Tangerang. Proses pembangunan infrastruktur menandakan majunya sebuah Kota di dalam suatu wilayah. Kota Tangerang menjadi jalur penghubung masuknya kendaraan ke wilayah DKI Jakarta, wilayah yang menjadi jalur penghubung tersebut yaitu Jl. Daan Mogot. Jalan Daan Mogot menjadi jalur strategis masyarakat Kota Tangerang dan sekitarnya untuk dapat beraktivitas dan bekerja ke wilayah DKI Jakarta, akibatnya sering terjadi kemacetan di wilayah tersebut. Maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak kemacetan bagi masyarakat dan pengguna jalan di Jl. Daan Mogot dari adanya penerapan sistem one way di Jl. Daan Mogot, peran dari Dinas PUPR Kota Tangerang dalam pembangunan jembatan mookervart 1 & 2 sebagai upaya supporting pengurangan kemacetan di Jl. Daan Mogot, dan peran Dinas Perhubungan Kota Tangerang dalam melakukan penerapan sistem one way di Jl. Daan Mogot. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, yang menitikberatkan pada peran dan upaya pengurangan kemacetan yang terjadi di Jl. Daan Mogot dari pihak Pemerintah Kota Tangerang melalui Dinas Perhubungan Kota Tangerang dan Dinas PUPR Kota Tangerang serta dampaknya bagi masyarakat Kota Tangerang dan pengguna jalan raya dari adanya kebijakan tersebut. Pengumpulan data itu sendiri menggunakan teknik triangulasi jadi dalam hal ini kesimpulannya adalah penerapan sistem satu arah dan puter balik melalui jembatan mookervart 1 dan 2 (one way dan looping) di Jl. Daan Mogot mengalami peningkatan kecepatan sebesar 2-3 km/jam serta membutuhkan adaptasi kebiasaan dalam hal berlalu lintas bagi pengguna jalan dan masyarakat sekitar akan kebijakan tersebut. | |||||||||
